Review Opa! Of Greece - Langley City

Food was good but I didn’t like the attitude of the cashier! I guess probably she was tired. I don’t like talking about these things like how the server or cashier treated you as they are human too but if someone comes in the mall and choose you over any other store than we expect at least to be treated nicely. I guess she was having a bad day! But now every time I see these pictures, it reminds of that cashier. So it’s not always about food. It’s about the memories we have with the food that we order. The food was on point!! Can’t ignore that! Fresh and spicy!!!

Unbelievable! All I want to do is to eat my favourite food. My husband ordered our food but unfortunately mine wasn’t great, I come to complain about my Calamari that my husband ordered because you will still see the fresh flour on the Calamari. She said, she cooked mine extra, for the person always eating same thing almost every lunch time at the mall. Seriously, the person I am talking is crazy and telling me that she will refund the money. Instead of just changing my order? Not even telling me she is sorry for my experience. Very unprofessional, I am very disappointed ☹️

I have been coming to this location for about 8 months every day (i got sick and found this was the only thing i could eat that didn't make me ill) the food is always great and the service is always quick. i have never had an issue like some of these bogus complaints I've been seeing. the manager has always been respectful to me, the girls know i have been ill and constantly check up on me even come to my store to make sure I'm doing ok. I was having a vertigo attack while ordering my found last week and they wouldn't let me leave, they walked me back to my store to make sure i didn't faint and injure myself, even though they were in the middle of a busy lunch rush, to me that is going beyond customer service. they may be quiet at times when its super busy cuz they are in the zone and just trying to get through their line ups but they are far from rude. i have seen people yell and scream at them cuz they ordered the wrong thing, i have heard words hurled at them that shouldn't be hurled at anyone and yet ive never heard them talk back to them. these girls deserve better. #opa

The best fries! Freshly made per order and seasoned so well, with Tzatziki dip! Gyro meat was juicy. Service is efficient.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, which is something I can get past if it means I'm getting a half decent plate of food, which unfortunately, I was not. The rice had definitely been sitting for longer than it should've, the chicken was dry and bland, and there was little to no dressing on the Greek salad (which was soggy). The only upside to the plate was the pita bread, and that alone isn't worth 13$ Unless you're looking to throw out a plate of food, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

The service was bad and the food wasn't any better. The rice was rubbery and the chicken was bland. I know it's fast food, but like the saying goes, you shouldn't knock it till you've tried it. Well, I tried it, and it I won't be trying it again.

Ordered something here and while silently waiting, the cook randomly asked “are you from China?” With a smirk on her face. I am not Chinese but I’m east asian. Will never come back and I’ll be spreading this to everyone I know so they avoid this place.

I had a salad. It was tasty until I found two pieces of unidentified meat. The lady tried to tell me it was an onion the other lady said no it’s a piece of cheese. I got a refund but the owner was angry about it.
