🚫NOPE🚫 We used to go here every week but not after today. This is the second time we have been given a rotten banana from this location. My daughter was eating her banana split with her little sister and went to have some of the banana and it was all black. I will never go back here after this. The night manager at first refused to give me my money back and said it had mostly been eaten! My daughter's had maybe 2-4 bites of the ice cream before noticing. The lady offered me a new one instead and said that their bananas normally look like that. I ended up getting my money back fortunately in the end after arguing. They should have fresh bananas for an $8.50 item in my opinion! Can you imagine what they put into an orange Julius?! Wasted gas and time to return it. Night manager was rude and made it an easy decision for us to never return. I hope that they have future quality standards. So gross!

Very unprofessional. The 4 people on staff were all young, and lots of joking and giggling, not much work into getting the ice cream made. They seemed more into their socialization that their job. The girl working the drive through was abrupt and rushed with us, then back to chatting with the others while they made the food. My wife's blizzard was good. The sundae i ordered looked thrown together carelessly and rushed. The general attitude was terrible, and it was by far the worst service I have had there. This combined with our last couple experiences, not interested in going back. Photo was taken 30 seconds after leaving the drive through.

Worst service I've ever had. The customer service was non-existent. No gloves worn when preparing food and the food was dry and disgusting. Never going back. Horrible. What's the point of giving you a negative review though? It appears from the other reviews that you do nothing to improve your standards. Pointless. You're losing money, because you refuse to train your employees properly. Your loss.

Slowest service ever. Ordered 3 things and we waited for 15-20 minutes. Originally there was a new girl on the mic when we ordered who was actually sweet and you could tell she was trying to understand. Then another lady came on saying that she was new and to restate the order, she was incredibly rude and blunt. We got to the window and the girl genuinely felt bad as there were four other girls standing in the back doing literally nothing but talking and laughing. Not going back, but props to the new girl.

Avoid!! The last two times my burgers and wraps have been microwaved. My wrap was mushy, with wilted lettuce, and the ranch dressing burnt my tongue. I went inside for a refund and the manager admitted they “blast” them. I guess to cut down the time at the drive thru they started microwaving!! Appalling when they are so overpriced to begin with.

I changed my review as Dairy Queen has changed. They've taken away the ultimate Burger they've changed the Delhi bar 12 pack to a 6-pack. Their meal deal has changed you pay more money for less food. If you wonder why you've lost so many people we're all going to Wendy's. Maybe you should send your corporate office there to check out their JBC Burger with lettuce cheese tomato and bacon and check out their baked potato with sour cream and onions and their little grilled chicken wraps and all their food on their special menus that's affordable. All my friends and family we used to always go into the Dairy Queen for the special meal deal it was wonderful. But now you're giving less in charging more.. So we left to Wendy's where we even get a free frosty. You've lost a lot of customers cause we're all going to Wendy's a couple blocks down. So sad that you're giving less food for more money. And you've taken away the ultimate Burger which was like the big Mac.. You're losing out on customers there was a whole group of us. Your corporate office should learn by actually becoming a customer . And start with Wendy's because they've taken over where you've taken it away.

Waste of time and money, this location is awful! Just ordered a d received a burnt chicken sandwich and a half melted blizzard. Save yourself a headache and check out the other dq in Langley on the bypass. Much better quality and more attention to detail, worth going out of your way for.

Had issues with this DQ last two times I went. First time the burger was under cooked and I'm pretty sure made me sick SOMEHOW. Then today I went in for ice cream and there was a black hair at the bottom of the cup. My hair isnt black.

Tasty Grilled Burgers ...... love the fresh overhaul, new owners have done a very nice refresh on this traditional Ice cream stop .... One of the very few fast take out /Drive through spots in old downtown Langley ...

Good place to be if you want to be insulted. Never had a problem with this location until yesterday. I brought in a coupon on my phone and showed it to the staff after she greeted me. She wasn't sure if it works so she turned to her supervisor/manager dressed in blue uniform. He glanced at it and said it doesn't work at this location so I told him it will only work at this particular location since it's on the coupon. He stared at me for a few seconds and he read the coupon. Then he quickly told me that the coupon states I have to bring the printed version, looked at me with contempt and walked away immediately. (I didn't notice the printed part but had my mind set on saving some trees) The staff was nice enough to apologize about the situation. I got some cold desserts based on the staff's attitude. But my husband and I were disgusted by the manager's attitude and the way he handled the situation.

Dirty restaurant. I was in this restaurant on Saturday night at 7:45 for a treat. Mixing machines were dirty, counter and floors were dirty. While I was waiting for someone to ring up my purchase of some ice cream treats, the lady behind the count was busy with another order, she asked a young fellow to help me and he said he was too busy, the lady said to me that she would be with me shortly, the fellow behind the drive through window just stood there doing nothing. As well the peanut buster ice cream treats were three dollars more that the Aldergrove branch. I didn't get service at the Langley branch so headed to Aldergrove where I purchased what I wanted in a much cleaner environment, for three dollars less. Certainly I was disappointed in the Dairy Queen in Langley. This is not the first time I have been in a Dairy Queen that was dirty. More effort needs to be put forth in cleanliness .
