I needed some black Dutch licorice and I was impressed with the choices. After a quick look around I found Gouda's Gilde Siroopwafelen. Simply the best. Great service from great people.
A convenient location and great product selection
They sell liquorice in bulk bins here. It's all by weight so you can mix and match, sweet and salty or make different bags.
Great selection of meats as well. The Hungarian spicy cured sausage was exceptional.
The store is fairly small and otherwise sells Dutch and Scandinavian specialties.
The owner called to say when my sausages and canned kale arrived and is always helpful when I visit. Tasty Dutch treats and candy gummies my kids love.
