Review Wendy's - Langley City

Almost a 60 dollar meal ordered. Missed multiple items, fries were cold right out of the bag at the resturaunt and the baconator came with no bacon... If you really want Wendy's go to any location but this one

I ordered their grilled chicken caeser salad. It was well packed and really good in taste, quantity was bit low as compared to the price. Deducting 1 star because of slow service as I had to wait for almost 20 minutes in drive thru.

Not happy with cold food all the time. First time ok they were busy, second time not happy . Today again cold gravy cold cheese which makes the fries cold. The cheese so cold it was like they took it right out of the fridge didn't melt with the cold gravy. Not going back again.

not very fresh most of the time , depends what time you go at. Service is good and not too long of a wait ever but the food can be sitting for a wild , not fresh , and be a bit of a let down.

I exactly ordered a large fries, which looks like a medium in picture. Extremely undercooked, and looks like the box was stomped on before it was given to me. I first did a loop after i requested ketchup in the bag and there was none. Then drove away with the fries undercooked. Drove back twice after purchasing food. I get this is a fast food place with most likely low wages, but it would be nice to have just a little more care please! Driving back for the 3rd time isnt ideal and quite annoying!

It seems Wendy's changed their buns. They where dry and had to much bread for the burger. I guess I should have asked "where's the beef"

Awesome staff, good service and always fresh hot food.

Not been to this location in a while but it was right on way home. I have issues with this location not being up to Wendy standard. I ordered a bacon burger and a sour cream chive baked pitato w/o the chives. Got no butter, no sour cream ... the wrapper on the burger was ripped and my burger was spread around. I tidied it up a bit but then stopped to take a pic. It was not busy, no reason not to fix the wrapper. Jeez

This is a training based location, so I didn't come in for a quick lunch expecting a five star meal or service. The restaurant was mostly empty, with three vehicles in the drive thru, and one other family in line behind us. <br/><br/>My partner and I ordered two of the new fish burgers, both as meals with a small frosty (a welcome treat on the recent hot and muggy summer days). The cashier seemed rushed and a bit snippy, and frowned when I asked for a small cup of water on the side.<br/><br/>Our orders took about ten minutes, a suprisingly long wait but I shrugged it off as I have experience as a fast food worker and these things happen some times. I never recieved my water, but I was hungry and a bit dizzy from the heat and forgot about it when I was handed our tray.<br/><br/>Our food was sloppy and dry, the fries limp and cold. The fish patties were cooler than room temp with a consistency similar to soggy cardboard. The frosties were the one salvageable component, and were only filled up half full.<br/><br/>Without the proper energy to complain due to mild heat exhaustion, my partner and I quietly picked at our unpleasant meal with thoughts of starving kids in other countries fuelling our need to not waste it.<br/><br/>Poor service, inedibly old & cold food. Normally I enjoy Wendy's but I will not be returning to this location.

Fail. So what went wrong this time? Well, our order was 2 bacon mushroom burger meals, a junior bacon cheeseburger and an apple pecan chicken salad. We received the drinks, 3 burgers and one fries. She went back in the store to get the rest of our order and came back with the salad so we had to ask her for the other fries we were still missing and some straws. Now we are home and my bf is stomping around in the kitchen that his salad has no blue cheese on it like it is supposed to have. It also has crispy chicken on it instead of the grilled chicken. Every time we have been to this location it has been a major FAIL. I am really not sure why we ever go back. Last time his favorite salad came with cheddar cheese on it instead of the blue cheese and the wrong dressing. Another time my sour cream and chives baked potato came with just the potato. No fork, no knife , no sour cream, no chives, not even any butter. Just a dry warm potato. The list of fails continues. Do not go here. And remind me not to go here either.
