Review Wendy's - Langley City

Disappointing. Was looking forward to hot biscuit breakfast sandwich. No biscuits available. The sub of regular bun was OK, but the potato wedges that came with it were cold. It was only 10 minutes after opening. How long could they have been sitting there. Also hard to understand the girl that was trying to tell me about sub without saying that the biscuits were not available. No reason as to why given. Will definitely not being going back here for breakfast.

Absolutely disgusting what I was just served from the drive thru. All 4 burgers are so cold it was affecting my sensitive teeth, straight out of the fridge cold. Cheese wasn't melted in the slightest. Didn't notice until we got home and with the price of gas don't want to be out even more money. These are unedible and going in the garbage. Definitely go to a different location because this one doesn't care about quality.

We usually have a good experience but that day they could not find my husband's mobile order and we waited around forever to get it sorted and get our food... the food was great though. I just wish their Nuggets were more crunchy . They are always kind of soggy....

Zero customer service and the manager named Simran in this location was rude and pushing us out of the drive through before even we finish asking for the items. When I asked her why did she just behaved like that, she was very rude, replying if I want my food or not (after I did finish my payment) and told me to pull out of the drive-through and she has no time to talk. No respect for customers. Out of all, when we came out of the lane and kids opened the food, all the bacon Putin we ordered was spilled out of the unproperly closed container into the paper bag. Hope this branch officials look into this rude manager behavior and take necessary action on her.

I tried to order at drive thru. She couldn't understand me, nor me her. Not her fault, just diff accents. After many attempts, it seemed clear that I ordered one med potatoes, 1 bacon croissant, and 2 sausage bisquits. When I got home, I had a small potatoes and 3 bacon n egg sammies. Not cool.

Went through drive thru and asked for 2x jr bacon cheeseburgers but got 2 without bacon. Even though not what I ordered food was good.

If your debit machine isn't working. Put a sign before the drive through so people arnt trapped waiting in line and unable to get a meal....... drove to other location to get a melted frosty. A fry pack with very little fries. Your bacon portabella is very tiny. Only gave you a star because spicy chickens are still delicious. However I think I'm done with wendys. 18 bucks and I'm still super hungry.

The service at this location is extremely bad. They cut people while trying to order and are just rude at the pickup window. 2 stars because the food is generally really good.
