I come here often. Mostly to pick up. I call in ahead so it's ready to go! First few times I made the mistake of ordering when I got there and my order took forever. I've ordered in a couple times as well and the seating time was also a long wait. Customer service isn't the greatest at this location.
Food and drinks are good all the time! Not like other bubble tea joints that are hit or miss. This bubble world is pretty consistent! I've never had a bad drink here yet.
I Think I found heaven on earth. We were in n out in 25 minutes FLAT. The bubble tea is SO GOOD! 5.25 for eat-in; 50 cents less for take-out. We ordered pan fried gyosa witch were AMAZING, Chinese pancakes, beef sauté noodle and a lemon tea with pearls. All in total was 30.00$ total and snacks are spot on perfect price.

There are a lots of choices in the restaurant. It's really convenient for us in this area. I will consume more frequently to try more dishes.
