Review Pita Pit - Langley City

If you are looking for a great healthy pita wrap, this is the place to go. Very clean and the vegetables are fresh.

There is Pita Pit and then it’s THIS Pita Pit. Amazingly delicious food and service (by Simran). We and the kids loved the food. Cookies are yummy too 😀

Ordered 2 different pitas online for take out. We get home to find out that neither is labelled. Only way to find out is to bite into someone else's food??? Cmon that's ridiculous.

Tonight I want to talk about the great experience I had at Pita Pit at Langley. Man I don’t usually write reviews and this kind of stuff but this place deserves it. Second time I visit the store. First good, this time extraordinary. But how? Incredible experience in a fast food restaurant? Ahh, Maybe this guy who writes has a low standard… my friend I am a Swiss Chalet frequenter. Tonight all the Kudos go to Talu, the server. She did an excellent job, my chicken Kebab was amazing. It is hard to be in a good mood at 8:45 pm on a Wednesday, however Talu was transmitting a great energy. I’ve been there… used to be a sandwich artist in Toronto, GTA feelings. One more time Thanks Talu/PIta Pit (I trust this is the correct spelling) PS: I was going to Montanas for the all you can eat ribs. This time no regrets at all.

The person taking my order paused and then awkwardly told me that the smoothies were not being made…I only half believed her when she said they didn’t have bananas because it seemed to take her awhile to come up with the explanation- I had to ask her why she couldn’t make me a smoothie she then said they didn’t have bananas…hmm.they’re open for 3 more hours today. They should have what they are advertising I really could have used that protein smoothie.

Great selection of toppings, really fresh, and they loaded those pitas up - great service too. Have definitely upped their game.

5stars for the guy working Friday night by himself 💪 pita was great !! But had to wait a long time .. this place needs more staff.

Today my visit to pita pit was amazing super tasty food Also staff Daman,Tanu, Sharan were super nice. Must try!!

Food was good, staff was ill attentive. We approached the counter and the girl was looking down and refilled the various bins of choices for toppings almost deliberately ignoring us. So we stood there silently to see if we would be noticed...after almost 7 minutes she finally looked up and said nothing. We ordered, she made it and while we sat there eating her relief showed up and she proclaimed "I so don't want to be here". Well...it showed.

It was a so/so experience. The food was good. I had the gyro and my husband had the falafel. They made it just the way we like it. However, there is the customer service that lacks. When I go out to eat, both the customer service and food is what I am looking for. When we walked in. There was a younger staff member refilling all of the condiments for the pitas, ok she is working. What lacked was the greeting, no "hi, how are you" or "welcome." She couldn't be bothered to even lookup to notice people coming or going. So we stood and waited for her to come over to take our order. She walks by a few times, going to the back to grab stuff and bring it out to continue to refill the vegetables, there was even a staff member in the back that she could have asked to come out to help, but no. So 5 minutes goes by and then she comes over and stands at the till, still no hi or not even a 'what can I get started for you?' So we ordered. As we are paying or trying to, she tends to paper work, let's do that when it isn't busy shall we? She gets half way through our order when her co-worker decides comes out to help with the line up. We finally get our pitas. We notice a customer come in and the same staff member who was ignoring us was even ignoring this new customer just to fix her hair out on the floor (take it to the washroom) and then continues to ignore the customer some more. She then finally bats an eye, takes his order, deals with his payment, DOESN'T wash her hands and starts fixing the order. What is wrong here?

Good food, good price.. Young and friendly staff, delicious food for a great price. Can grill any veggies you want, and tons of options!

Good healthy food, fast.. Always a pleasure to eat here, especially since they introduced the smaller petita sized pitas. they're more fitted to my appetite and budget. the pitas are always fresh, made to order and i feel good after eating here. i come often enough that they recognize my face and have begun to know my most popular requests. love the selection of sauces and the fact that tho' they may be low-fat, they're not low flavor. given the choice between fast burger and here? it's a no brainer. try it! =)
