A long with Vietnamese, this restaurant serves Cambodian and Chinese dishes as well. We were in a bit of a rush, so we ordered a small bowl of wonton soup and the Cambodian rice noodle (soup served on the side). The wonton soup was a bit on the oily side, but it had good flavour; very nice on a cold day. The dry noodles were great, the shrimp and pork tasted fresh; very tasty!
Service was good and prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you get. If you ever find yourself in the area we would recommend!
came here after work, and was thinking how did my friend actually know this place... still a mystery to me but he did mention it was good, so he decided to go and i tag along, came in and i ordered their rice place, true enough it's good but nothing that i would go crazy about but definitely good vietnamese food for the neighbourhood, i can say it can definitely be my go to place if i live in the neighbourhood. the aroma and taste of the meat is what i love most about this place, the portion is defintely decent. price wise is average just like any other vietnamese restaurants. and there are a lot of regular customers and the owner knows them as well :)
Came here looking for some pho but this isn't the place for that. They have the other Vietnamese favourites though and Cambodian food. I started off with a shrimp salad roll with peanut dipping sauce, very yummy. Follow for dinner Cambodia beef stew, I choose the vermicelli also comes with good portion of tossed salad. The stew is tomato and garlic based with a kick of chilies. Delicious! Next time I'll have to order it with rice or order different dishes.
I have tried Vietnamese food earlier but this restaurant definitely proved that they are better in cooking. The Won Ton Soup with Chicken was light and appetizing, but the best was the Garlic Prawn it was Yum. The ambiance was not that good, though the staff is friendly bunch of people. thank for the food.
Delicious and flavourful Wor Won Ton Soup with Chicken! The broth had the perfect combination of light, freshness and flavour without the greasy taste or sometimes bland in soup broth at other restaurants. The steam rolls with pork on the other hand is nothing it should be the traditional steam rolls. Rice rolls itself is made too thick- did not soak up the sauce well at all to enjoy. Too much rice- not enough ground pork for flavour. Service was friendly and fast though. I would give it another visit to try other dishes- great potential to be on my favourite list. Definitely has Wor won ton as my favourite in Willowbrook area.
Best Salad rolls and Satay chicken. My husband and I went in for the first time and was greeting by the friendly owner. Their menu had couple of "customer favourites" which the server said was their most popular dishes. We decided to try couple of those on the menu and we shared couple of dishes. We ordered satay beef, I think it was 14, lemongrass chicken with rice, and 2 shrimp salad rolls. The food was freshly done and it was done very fast. The quality of food for the price was amazing. I don't know how they make their peanut sauce but it's the best one we've tried so far and we tried a lot of viet places. We enjoyed the spice and we will definitely go back. Highly recommend if you are looking for a vietnamese place in Langley.
