Review Roadrunner Restaurant - Langley City

Went here for an early Mother’s Day brunch. We were not disappointed. The food is great, the staff are friendly, and the price is good for what you get. We will definitely come back again.

Some really good Eggs benny! Other food menu items like the Turkey Swiss melt and the roadrunner burger were very tasty. Not to mention the staff were very friendly -- would come back in a hearbeat!

After living in the neighborhood for over 4 years and driving by this place many times a week, I finally decided to come try out Roadrunner Restaurant. I got the Philly Steak Eggs Benny and it was AMAZING! Best benedict I’ve ever had. Even the hash browns were amazing - crispy on the outside but pillowy soft on the inside. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover, this place may not look special from the outside, but the food and the service is amazing. Such friendly staff.

We had coffees, salad, butternut squash soup, chicken Benny and the farmer’s sausage Benny with chunky potatoes. Everything was excellent. The soup was so creamy and hearty. The fried chicken on the Benny was crispy and clean. The farmer’s sausage Benny was juicy. The chunky potatoes were so crisp and chewy. We will definitely go back.

I really liked the food, the omelette was great, the crispy chicken was fine but the grilled chicken was great. THE STAFF WERE SUPER FRIENDLY. Just a the cube potatoes were a little bit greasy.

Amazing breakfast. Eggs were done perfect o my liking nice and runny yolks. Bacon wasn’t too thin and was nicely cooked. Potato’s were seasoned nicely, delicious. Sausages were tasty, I like how they were cooked open faced. The pancakes came with a delicious maple butter and maple syrup. Sooo good!! My fiancée had the salmon Benny which she loved. I tried the hollandaise sauce which I don’t typical like. I really liked the hollandaise and next time I’m going to try ordering my first Benny.

It is bright and neat inside. The breakfast was great especially the egg made as ordered. The egg Benedict was good per wife. Bacon burger big and delicious. Servers are very friendly and follow-up quite often.

Heard about this hidden gem from a friend and decided to try it out, brunch and service were amazing! Definitely gets busy fast! Had to wait about 15 mind for a table which wasn't that bad but that was because we went after the usual "rush" time

Terrible breakfast place. Did you know if you order a Denver omelette you are supposed to ask for cheese in it and pay extra for said cheese? Me neither. If you have a frying pan and a hot plate and no cooking skills at all you can create a meal better than this place. There are places in town with 4 and 6 dollar breakfasts that blow this place out of the water.

Breakie My PHAVE PHOOD. We tried out this lil gem this morning. Definitely a return engagement on this One!! Service was fabulous, The servers took the time to chat with everyone it seemed. Our order was taken promptly & the food arrived not long later. Good portion sizes. Fresh shredded hashbrowns made on site.
Deelicious!!
see pics for what we ate.

Coffee cups and water glasses were never left to go empty.
Clean and pleasantly decorated. I loved the planter just behind our table, a Christmas tin container.
All said, a pleasant very tastey breakfast

Drove by here for years and finally came in for breakfast. So happy I did as I found my favourite spot in Langley. Can't wait to try lunch items. Owner works as a waitress so you know quality control and customer service is authentic. Great local spot!

I have yet to have a mediocre experience here. I came to this place a few times about 5 years back when it was run by an asian couple. The burgers were awesome and the only thing I really tried.

The cafe is now run by new management and I must say that it is hands down my favorite breakfast/lunch spot in Langley.

I have been trying everything on the menu and I have yet to find a dish that is not served perfectly and not taste delicious.

My current favorite is the grlled chicken and bacon melt with fries. You have to try it.

Their burgers are all hand made and flame grilled. The serving of fries is enough that you will be leaving some on your plate unless you have an insatiable appetite.

The prices are beyond reasonable compared to your standard fare like Ricky's or IHOP. The coffee is great and if you ask me their pancakes are better than IHOP's.

Thankfully this little place is right around the corner from my work so I have a great fall back should I forget to pack a lunch. Some days I "forget" just so I can go.

Highly recommend this place and you will not be dissapointed.
