Loved the Dine-out Vancouver menu! $38 for an amazing ravioli duo appetizer, blackened chicken (my husband),and the salmon for me. White chocolate cheesecake and an apple tart for dessert. Amazing food and excellent service 👌

Had a nice business lunch here. Food consistency across the brand is great and no surprises; good as usual. The safety protocols and staff professionalism were appreciated. Our server was efficient and quick. Thanks!

You can always trust Cactus club Cafe for food and drink and a good patio. Weather in Langley or in Downtown, Cactus club is always packed and you can have a good time talking to your work colleagues or friends. They also have a few vegetarian options like chilli tofu which was served with a cabbage to us and tasted awesome. They have a few different types of fries as fries are a no brianer for any group.

Great service. Very quick. Drinks were awesome. Impossible burger was delicious. Feen burger was great. Spiked Frapp was a great way to finish off the meals. Wonderful experience.

This is one of my favorite restaurants, and it's raining and snowing this Saturday. The experience was very bad. We were taken to the outdoor area by the receptionist without asking if we like inside or outside when there were many empty seats in the inside room. Although there was an electric heater, there was still wind coming in. The second bad experience was that there was still some dirt on my knife, When I found it, the waitress changed it for me but she didn't say "sorry".

The place is beautiful. The service is okay. The food lacks flavour and portion size is small. I typically don't eat a lot but I was able to finish my impossible burger and the white chocolate cheesecake and left wanting more. The yam fries that I ordered with my burger were covered in salt. Overall, I had much better experience at other restaurants. I probably won't be coming back.

They serve food pretty quick, and the spaghetti was AWESOME! I liked the happy hour, and the Tokyo cocktail.

So many delicious vegan and vegetarian options! Nice atmosphere, delicious cocktails and great/fast service. I enjoy both dining in and take out.

Excellent customer service with some delicious spicy chicken and a rocket salad with a special sweet cocktail to accompany a perfect dining experience!

We came as a couple with an infant. View on the water is great, elegant interior. We had the tuna bowl, bajo fish tacos and the chocolate cake and some cocktails. Food and drinks were great - fresh and tasty. Service was good. Price level seems to be ok. Def a place we can recommend.

We decided to stop by this location when were shopping in the area.<br/><br/>The Fennie burger by far is our favourite and even our all time favourite go-to burger place whenever we crave for a burger. It’s simply delicious!<br/><br/>The ambience is nice although it can feel a bit crowded especially when fully occupied. <br/><br/>The service is attentive as always!<br/><br/>

This restaurant is one of the best in Langley. Drinks are first class and the food is so tasty. Love the rice bowls. Service is always attentive.

Ive had kezzi serve me a couple times, and each time its great service. She's very friendly, and a great conversationalist, Makes me feel like I'm more of a friend than a customer haha.<br/><br/>P.S the tuna stack NUTS

Had a great time at cactus yesterday. We came in for a late lunch. The food was great. Lettuce wraps are always a tasty treat and love that the passion fruit bellini is back! Server Caroline was great also.

The management and server team here seriously lacks basic communication and conflict resolution skills. Our server misheard our order, and had to bring back our pasta dish 3 separate times. By the time she did, most of our party were already done eating our own meals. The manager on shift who brought out the pasta the third time proceeded to tell us that the error came from our end because we didn't communicate which one we wanted out of their wide array of pastas, when my sister pointed at the very pasta she wanted on the menu when ordering. When the bill came, they incorrectly billed us for another side of fries and said it was our fault because we asked for our fries to be brought out before our burger so technically we ordered 2 fries...why would we want to eat fries before our burger and have another side of fries arrive with our burger? Makes no sense. The management team were very rude (Quinn and Megan). Quinn would cut us off multiple times when handing us the Bill, talking so loudly attracting the attention of other customers and calling us rude. We interacted with only one server who took our order, Emilie, who we had no problem with because she apologized for getting the order wrong. Quinn didn't make eye contact with us, had an extremely rude and angry demeanor, and when we asked to speak with someone else, her senior manager Megan just told us that we were rude and that no one ever complains about Quinn. That does not mean that Quinn was right whatsoever in this situation. Megan called us rude, which I was absolutely baffled at her comments because she was not there for any of the conversation or interactions. Overall, as a manager myself, I was absolutely shocked and have never ever been treated so rudely in a dining experience in my life. I have never experienced having someone elses' mistakes blamed on me. The staff need immediate teaching sessions on communication, customer satisfaction, basic conflict resolution, and an overall sensitivity chip. My sister's engagement dinner was absolutely ruined. I will definitely never eat here again.

My gfs and I always enjoy ourselves at cactus! It's fun place to have a drink and bite to eat. Last time I was in the bartender Courtney was awesome. She was super friendly and gave us great recommendations!

After I had a very busy and stressful day in the office I decided I needed a glass of wine and good meal to unwind from my day. This Cactus Club hit the spot. The meal was fantastic, my bartender Courtney was courteous, attentive, and had me forgetting the day in no time. I highly recommend coming in and pulling up a stool!

I love the way you are welcome to the restaurant, the staff were also friendly, the food was magnificent, the drinks were made so good, we all loved the restaurant and enjoyed it

Came here for my graduation dinner and it was great! The ambiance and overall atmosphere here was pleasant, the staff was friendly and very attentive. The food here is just wonderful, full of flavor! I ordered a steak, although it came out a bit overcooked, I thought it was still very tender, the lettuce wraps are D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S you will love them. Overall a great place to dine, I would highly recommend it as the food, prices and ambiance is all great.

My first visit to this chain of restaurants and was surprised with the ambience and food this place offers. <br/>We sat on the outside patio with was nice. <br/>The food was really good - tried the veggie ravioli !! <br/>All in all a good place for a meal and drinks.

We came here for lunch with some friends on a week day. It was quite busy but we were still able to be seated right away. We ordered the hot wings to start, and the pesto chicken quesadilla and the spaghetti and kobe meatballs as our mains. The wings weren't that spicy, so good for those who don't like too much heat.  The quesadilla was good, the brie cheese and cranberries are a nice touch. However, our favourite was the spaghetti and meatballs. The kobe beef was so tender and the ricotta cheese mixed in made everything so delicious! We would recommend this dish as it is very filling.<br/><br/>Overall, food was solid and service was very good, but prices are high. Eating at Cactus Club is definitely not a cheap meal.

My family took me for Birthday Lunch. Best meal I have experienced in many years. Everyone's meal was excellent. All staff very friendly and professional, one of the best servers i have ever had, very attentive.<br/><br/>My husband had taken me out for Greek Dinner on my birthday and i wish we had gone here instead.

We prefer going to the Cactus Club in South Point due to service issues at Langley. Tried the BBQ Duck sandwich with a side of fries. Really enjoyed this sandwich, tender duck mixed with chicken. The bread was great, loved the fruit pieces in there. The only negative thing I can say about this sandwich is size. For the price you're paying ($17.75), you'll be leaving hungry. The sandwich size was disappointing.

Not as good as it used to be. My hubby and I would go in for dinner dates in the past but the quality of service went down. The place has great ambiance but I would like the service to be what we pay for. Food is still good but for the price, we've had better food.

This place USED to be good when it first opened. Now, the service is lacking termendously. Waiting 20 mins before we got asked for drinks, recieved water and has straws THROWN (yes thrown) at our table. Waited 15-20 mins before we asked a server walking by if we could order. Server wasn't sure who our server was so went looking for our server. Once we saw another server walk by, we asked if she could take our order and she was hesitant at first but did it. Recieved our food and weren't asked if it tasted good or if we needed anything else. When it was time to pay, a waiter gave us our bill and we asked for the debit machine but no one came back within 10 mins. We went to the front to pay and told the hostess how the service was very poor and her reply "oo... So are you going to pay seperate or?"... Whoever is running this place needs to hire more mature individuals who have the decency to show respect to paying customers. Will never come back again!

Great service, great drinks but bad food. Tried 4 different things on the menue and all were below average. Good place to go for some drinks but the food isn't worth the price.

Always good. Cactus Club is Cactus Club and it's always good. Very nice atmosphere as usual. <br/>Pleased to see one in Langley and even more pleased that it's the same as all the others.

Had an excellent experience today, very family friendly.

It says they take reservation but I called for reservation for the next day and the manager said we can go there and wait for the table. So is that mean they don't reservation or I have to call like a week early?
