Review Tim Hortons - Langford

This Tim Hortons today was wonderful. Excellent service, and they take your name down when you order food. The Tim Hortons by Costco a few kilometres does not offer the same great service.

Your everyday Tim Hortons next to Westshore Mall. I went for a casual walk and grabbed a French Vanilla from this place. The staff were very jolly and proactive.

Fast and friendly. This location is very accessible from the main road. Drive through or dine in.

Of all the Tim Hortons in the greater Victoria area this location is by far the best. (I’ve been to nearly all of them) I come to this Tim Hortons 5-7 times a week as does many of my family members. The drive-thru on weekdays is fast, efficient and friendly. Rarely have I ever had an order be mixed up. It’s going to happen from time to time we are only human. I’m hesitant going to other Tim Hortons locations.

Went there for donuts, they were nice and fresh. Great staff

ok service could be better especially drive tru ,im always yelling into the mic and find my self repeating my order a couple times and even having to correct my order when i get to window , im not sure if it’s a problem with there intercom but they should get it checked and another thing they always seem to rush you when your ordering your food and they keep saying thank you drive tru to the window please , before i’m even done my order . Sometimes there’s more then one person in the car that wants something and im pretty sure when i’m done the order i’ll say ok that’s it thank you !! 🤦🏻‍♂️i mean i wasn’t born yesterday and the person working the drive tru seems to think they are physic maybe and can read my mind and know when i’m done ordering or something along those lines i don’t know 🤷‍♂️ beats me but just some constructive criticism i guess sorry if i’m being too frank but i think this is what leaving a review is meant for .If no one speaks up then the problem never gets solved . And this goes for all the timmies not just this location

Slow service inside. Most staff catering to drive thru customers.

Sue was so amazing! She really went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience; even taking time to bring out my drink to the dinning area! She was fast, helpful, and I could tell she had a friendly smile behind the mask! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Tim Horton is, in my opinion, one of the best service bars I visit ... I come to them every morning for coffee that tastes great.Since I don't put anything in the coffee, it's always delicious, warm and I like to drink it ...The staff is also very friendly and I always get smiles and greetings ...

I am so impressed with this Tim Hortons. It took a few minutes to get my food. They were packed I was asked while waiting if I had been helped. Every detail was put into my meal, making sure it was perfect. Above and beyond my expectations. GREAT SERVICE.
