Review Panago Pizza - Langford

We ordered online for pickup and when I arrived multiple staff greeted me. The person who took my payment was friendly and efficient and on seeing I was struggling to carry everything, immediately began to help and carried my order out to the car in the pouring rain. I never expect much service-wise at fast food type establishments, and it really surprised me (enough to leave a review which I’ve never done for a fast food type place). The pizza was really good too and we very much appreciate the many great vegan options!

I got 3 pizza there yesterday, 1 was supposed to be gluten free and unfortunately it wasn't. I went back today and they were amazing. So professional and polite. They gave me a full refund and apologized at least 3 times saying there was no excuse and it was unacceptable. You don't see customer service like this much anymore. Wonderful staff. Will definitely go back.

I've been eating panago pizza for as long as I can remember. And it still tastes the exact same. I've come to rely on their taco pizza and the Good old original Hawaiian, gotta have that jalapeno ranch dip And you got yourself dinner and usually lunch for the next day. If you can resist sneaking those last few pieces out of the fridge in the middle of the night.

I always have good service here. Only once have they messed up which was the last time I went. It wasn't a big deal as I got a Hawaiian when I wanted a tropical chicken. But wasn't worth complaining about.

We had some pizza on the weekend after a day of cycling and it was exactly what was needed. The vegan options were great. Would recommend!

Delicious pizza, quality ingredients, young cheerful team behind the counter that almost makes you want to work there. The only downside is they pretty much never run any interesting deals or promotions.

Very friendly staff, and so so fast! Yesterday we ordered three pizzas and they were ready in ten minutes! Amazing! The veggie korma pizza is one of my favourites. Lots of good vegetarian options, including vegetarian "meats" and vegan cheese. I tried the vegetarian meat once and it was a bit tough, but I think that's probably to be expected... and the gluten free crust is great - it doesn't have seeds in it so it's much closer to being like a real pizza.

This Panago is great! Our school works with them frequently for hot lunches and fundraisers and Jinny and her son James are always quick to respond and very nice to work with, they often go above and beyond. We also order pizza from them personally, we have a peanut allergy in the family and the staff always put my mind at ease...and the pizza is delicious!

Absolutely delicious pizza one of the if not best pizza chains in Canada I have tried just about everything on the menu and it was phenomenal, my only critique would be the chicken nuggets which very old and stale

Delicious hand made pizza the girls very friendly i buy a mushroom pizza and the chesse is so delicious only one tip need a small tomato sauce to be on the top! but its ok i recomend

I couldn't believe how good this pizza was. My family ordered a deluxe Hawaiian and a steak and cheese. They were both so yummy. This might be the best pizza in town. Would definitely recommend this Panago.

I got food poisoning from the pizza on tuesday night. I usually love the pizza there but after that im not having anymore of this ever again. So i guess if you dont care that much about your health, well then you should eat this.

The only reason I am writing a poor review at this very moment...Your dang website is down. And I need pizza. And I can't get through on the phone. Do you know how absolutely depressing this is? It's cheat day. I need my pizza. Like yesterday, but since yesterday wasn't cheat day, it's supposed to be right now. But it wont be right now because technology is failing me at my time of need.

Great pizza joint. There quality is consistent, delivery is on time (unless you order during dinner rush on a friday), and accommodating services. Always my go to pizza delivery place. would recommend.

Dissapointed, lack of sauce, cheese, crust was only ok. No redeeming qualities. Will stick with my favorite on the Westshore - Chris' 2for1
