Tried a vegan dish: portobello mushroom with rice and quinoa was absolutely delicious! Tomato sauce and spices that went with arugula- oh! Mmmm! That’s the tastiest vegan dish I’ve tried on the island so far. And thanks for adding tofu for my Vegan Prince Charming❤️

Overall an excellent experience. Good service, the appetizers were delicious especially the cheese plate! I ordered the chicken portobello mushroom with spaghettini which is always my favorite. The only reason for 4 stars is because they were out of the prime rib special by 5pm and the bellinis did
My girlfriends and I love celebrating our birthday lunches at Milestones Millstream. The food is consistently so good and the service is friendly & welcoming. We always leave satisfied and smiling !
