Thank you to everyone at Ma Miller’s Pub for making my husbands birthday party on Saturday so fun. We booked the private room which was great for our friends and family and all the kids that came. Pam, our server, was dedicated to our private space and went above and beyond. She even got the cake out of my truck while I juggled a baby and decorating. Pam (and the kitchen and bar staff) got our drinks and food out quickly and always made sure we had everything we needed. Pam offered to change the music to something different if needed and got everything we needed for the cake. The private space was a perfect size for our 30 guests and there was even a pool table which allowed people to mingle and play a game! The space, service and overall experience at Ma Miller’s exceeded my expectations for this party and even though it’s a little ways or of town it is by far the best place to host a party in Victoria if you want a casual, fun and exceptional space with amazing service. Thank you Ma Miller’s Pub!!!!
We're from Ontario and camping at Goldstream PP and decided to go to the pub for a tasty cooked meal. I have allergies and was super excited that our server and the kitchen ensured that my meal was prepared specially for me. They even double checked with me before finishing cooking! Our meals were perfect and delicious 😊 My hubby had the Yorkshire sliders and I had a plain chicken breast sandwich, no spices or seeds. Service was fast, friendly and above what we normally receive when requesting a special meal. Thank you so much! You have no idea how hard it is for me to get a meal made to accommodate my allergies! I would eat here over and over ❤
Ma Millers is our favourite pub to go to. The food is the usual pub fare and very good. I've never had a meal that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. The staff are the best, we are always made to feel so welcome.
Music bingo is fun night, there is also a karaoke night.
It really is the best place to spend an evening with friends.
I went on Sunday . Man was it great. I had fish&chips great meal the host fantastic. I play cajon ( box drum ) found all that played great. A have to go place. Come and try lt you will Not be disapointed. Thanks to the staff . I Will Be Back. Gerry Dunn
At the time it was fairly empty so service was very quick. The Caesar salad had lots of bacon and cheese and for an added cost some prawns were added, very tasty. The roast beef dinner was reasonably priced and was very large in size with Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.
Our go to place! The waiters are great and food is consistently delicious! My favorite is their new chicken strips (sounds funny but they are the best). The staff always makes you feel welcome, and always have a good meal :)
The food is delicious and the patio is perfect. Surrounded by greenery instead of a parking lot like so many other places
I have been 4 times since opening a couple of weeks ago. My last visit was with my mom and dad and my 2 yr old son for lunch. I had a burger and fries which were awesome! My burger came hot, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The rest of the food at the table looked great! My dad had the club and could barely get it in his mouth because it was so full of goodness.
I can't say enough about the service. Our table was visited by 3 different staff members, other than our waitress, just making sure we were happy. These visits were in no way intrusive, and really just made us feel like we were cared about.
My first visit, I was surprised by how much a pint of beer cost so I messaged one of the owners about it. Her response was that they agreed with my feedback. They lowered the price and then bought me a beer. Incredible!
I love this local pub! I'm excited to see cars in the parking lot again. If they keep this up, they will be very successful. Keep up the good work!!
The Ma Burger is one of the best I've tried in all of British Columbia so far. 5/5
Great place, had the nachos and an Iced Tea, and they were amazing. Very cozy, and nice staff. Pool table and darts in the Game Room, i would definitely go again. Booths were comfortable, as were the chairs. Absolutely no issues, 10/10
We visited this pub TWICE during our stay in Victoria. We were so impressed with the food, the staff and the atmosphere.
Was very kid friendly.
The home made pizzas were amazing (really good GF base).
You won’t be disappointed!
Try the new menu! I'm a bit of a foodie and the food makeover this place has undergone is top-notch. High-quality fresh ingredients and all the pub classics with an elevated twist. And, of course, the amazingly friendly service every regular knows and loves just makes this place feel like a second home. Come for the food, stay for the friends! :)
The perfect pub! Our server, Danielle, was wonderfully friendly, helpful and informative, and a perfectly-pleasant server! As a vegan it’s hard to find safe, quality vegan entrees but this place exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return. 10/10 would recommend!

The food was totally delicious great portions. Service was excellent. Had a nice seat by a warm fire on a rainy day. Great cozy atmosphere! So many yummy things on the menu.
Great staff! Great food (best wing night I ever had) Went there for Paint Night and I live in town. The food alone is worth the drive! Cute small atmosphere and Ma kept messing with the lights ;)
The taco salad bowl is my fave! Great location if you like hiking. If you haven't been there, I highly recommend it! If you've had a negative experience in the past, I'd say give them another chance!
Has gotten much better over the years, between changes in management and menu modifications, now love coming here, friendly neighbourhood atmosphere, staff are great. Pam was my waitress, bubbly, happy, and willing to help.
No longer a place running on fumes in my opinion.
The server was really nice but our lunch took a long time. She turned on the fireplace for us because we were cold and had just got back from a walk in Goldstream park nearby. Great place to refuel after a hike.
Great food, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Music Bingo noise level needs to be cut in half! aside from safety concerns on music volume, I have troubles ordering a simple beer because yelling my loudest just can't make it across the bar. I feel so bad for the staff trying to take orders and have their ears ringing when they go home.
