We came here for the breakfast buffet to start our day and we had an awesome time. Our server Julia was fantastic! She made sure we were comfortable right away and made an effort to offer my daughter (3.5 years) juice and informed us that they also serve fresh omelettes that we didn’t know was part of the buffet. Definitely will come back again if we every visit the area.

Went with empanadas then mussels which were amazing then to finish churros was a great dinner service was nice and polite, waitress was super helpful friendly great service and hostility from the Fairmont and it’s always a connection as the staff always have a chat to make it more personal which does make a difference.
Delicious food, friendly staff, buffet is amazing, service is great. Nice views from our table. Outstanding experience. Giri is the best! 🤩☕ Can't wait to go back and bring my friends!
Best Italian Food in Banff area. Traditional Italian dishes including pizza. Nice picturesque windows with view of the Fairmont Chateau. Excellent service. Interesting appetizer buffet only with anti pasta choices and traditional salads.
Do the breakfast buffet for a great variety of foods, nice staff and the best value! Worth every penny.
Easily the best pizza in Lake Louise. Antipasto buffet is an absolute must. Good selection of wines. My favourite restaurant at the Chateau.
Nice atmosphere, service is good not top notch as expected. Risotto was good , lacking the zest, Minestrone soup was bland.
Location and ambience is great.
Leslie was my sever and she was so amazing. She paid proper attention to our needs, guided our time at Lago, giving amazing tips for hikes in the area. She made our dining experience wonderful! From hosts like Emma to servers like Leslie, I highly recommend the restaurant and experience.
