Food: The liege waffles here are MAGICAL with salted caramel. MAGICAL. I wish I could get the recipe for the waffles. There is whipped cream in the salad section and that was amazing with the waffles. Wild boar bacon was so tasty as well. Freshly squeezed orange juice was so refreshing - there was a
What a beautiful experience, overlooking Lake Louise at an outdoor resto! I absolutely loved my squid ink Nero noodles in curry sauce with soft shell crab and albacore tuna! Truly one of the tastiest dishes I’ve ever had. The burger and fries were typical, and the dessert was interesting. It was a c
I had a very satisfying breakfast at this place. It's a fixed price menu, and I would say it was worth it! You get a choice of a drink, main, and small dish. I got the Chorizo cast iron skillet with Saskatoon berry waffles and they were both very delicious!

Great breakfast dining experience. Friendly and courteous staff who goes the extra mile in customer service. I opted for the breakfast buffet that offered a large exquisite selection, from smoked salmon and cheeses all the way to healthy fruit smoothies. They even had a chef prepare and cook omelett
We had dinner here and despite being in the Chateau the experience was disappointing. Our mains of the mushroom and leek, and the tourtiere were uninspired. The service was under motivated. The saving grace was appetizers of onion soup and the onion tarte.
