Hiking all the way up here was definitely worth it. What made it better was that we had 11 people with us. The hike took us a solid 2 hours with small kids as well, but the food up here was definitely worth it. We ordered a couple chili's, nachos and chips, moose cakes, tea, and bread, and they were
One of my favorite hikes to do around Lake Louise! Can't recommend it enough. If you make it to the tea house, I recommend you carry on to the Abbot Pass viewpoint for better views, which adds another 1.5 km one way, which means out & back trail is 14 kilometers long (estimate about 5 hrs in total).
This place is amazing. Went there for the first time. It feels like well earned tea after about five kms hike. Staff is really nice. Most things are made in house. Food is delicious. Little pricey but worth it for the taste and location. It's better to carry some cash as there may be extra charge on

The views from the area around the tea house are literally the best in the world. It is the most stunning scenery I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot.
The hike itself is fine for anyone of moderate fitness levels. We did it in 4 hours roundtrip, not included the hour we spent taking in the views al
Yep you earn your meal here. Note that its at the top of a mountain...so in no bad way understand that it will be a bit more expensive than usual.
However everything is basically in house made and is exactly what you want after climbing a mountain.
The hummus is excellent and the apple loaf was m
