I'm inclined to agree with previous review comments, the service is shockingly bad, with that being said there's one employee at this location who is exceptionally awesome at her job she is so super nice both in person and on the speaker taking orders.
Was the dirtiest Tim Hortons I have ever seen, took 25 mins to get my order, got the order everything was ice cold, the toasted bagel was not toasted, what a waste of 30$
The worst dark roast ever. Even with the cream and sugar on the side. I have thrown out the most full coffees after visiting this location. Won't waste any more money here!
The staff is quick and very friendly but bakery items always seem to be stale. Be it donuts, bagels or muffins, theyre always stale
I, myself , don't go to Tim Horton's. My husband does. He likes the ☕. I am gluten-free, not by choice, and I am made to feel like I don't matter. So many people are gluten-free and Tim Horton's is making no effort to reach out.
Was so looking forward to the espresso latte but my first sip, already part way to Duncan, was so burnt tasting from both the coffee and the milk. Had to throw it our but got another at the Duncan store and it was fine. Paid another $2 but combined still a reasonable deal for a large latte.
