Review Tim Hortons - Lake Country

Unfortunately like most Tim Hortons in Kelowna this one's drive through experience is lackluster. The breakfast wrap was missing half and not wrapped up but folded over. Apparently at 5:40 AM muffins and donuts are unavailable. It took 18 minutes to process 5 cars.The person at the drive thru was... unfriendly...

I came to this Tim Hortons this morning (February 12th around 9:25 am) ordered a breakfast wrap and had a hard piece of shredded plastic in my wrap. I've already made a previous review because I come to this Tim Hortons daily and am always disappointed but this is getting ridiculous...

Long black hair in my timbits. Almost like it was glazed In them. My past couple experiences have been awful, and the one on oceola is no better. Will not be returning to Tim hortons for a long time. Hope others follow to revamp the business. Disgusting...

Horrible customer service. Ordered two drinks and two wraps. I received one drink at first but realized it was wrong. Handed it back to the worker who put it with the rest of the drinks to be served to the customers behind us in the drive through. I thought this was odd as it should have gone right into the garbage. They hand us the right drinks and then a bag of food which was not what we ordered. We informed the worker who got the manager and they asked us to confirm our order. We asked if we could keep the food as it would go in the garbage anyway, she quickly and rudely said no but that was fine. I still saw the drink we had given back still sitting in the spot with other orders for behind us. Now this food has been touched by us and I felt something was off about this whole situation. So I crushed the food in the bag before handing it back as it was not appropriate to be served to the next customer. The manager was not happy about this and I said it’s going in the garbage anyway. She said thanks for helping me do my job and then called me inappropriate language and slammed the drive through window on us. I called corporate to make a complaint while sitting in the drive through. She finally came back after a few minutes with a piece of paper and the managers number while yelling at me. The corporate worker heard what was said and noted this also. I am waiting on a call from the district manager. The manager was completely inappropriate, disrespectful. I think this store should be shut down for trying to serve food that other customers have touched, it’s disgusting. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!

Lovely spot- this was a particularly friendly and congenial Timmie's, with the staff going out of their way to be accommodating, attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed, but efficient, with the employees managing to keep things moving along quickly without any trouble. It's a typical Timmie's with all the usual baked goods and variations of coffee and tea, so nothing exceptional here, but I did enjoy the calm, the beautiful spot in the morning sunlit window, and the cleanliness of the premises. Overall, I'd say this location was one or two steps above many others in this franchise that I've visited over the years.

We ordered two shots of espresso and got two Lattes, we tried like hell to get the espresso still…

Been kinda avoiding here for a bit and came back today to see if they had changed or not. Big time no they havent. Got myself some coffees, chillie meal, and time bits. Heres what my expeience was and kinda stays in line with my past orders. The chillie was soupy and watered down. Hardly any beef, mushrooms or beans. Spicy water was close to this. The 20 tim bits i had gotten where 10 and 10 or the chacolate and old fasioned. No other ones. Felt a lack of variety there. But i wont be picky there. The coffees seem to be the ONLY thing this tims is able to do right. And promtly.

Big trophy inside store saying it’s most improved drive thru of the year…got to stare at it for almost 15 minutes before anyone came to counter inside to help me. Guess it’s steal from Peter to pay Paul.
