I was in the area waiting to pick up my dogs from the kennel and decided to try out this place!!! It did not disappoint! The place is HUGE and clean. Lots of parking. My waitress was very kind and I needed to work and was able to get a seat away from people. I got wings, pop and fries The wings are HUGE and delicious! I couldn’t even finish them The fries were great and the ranch is awesome I also got some desserts from the front counter as I left that were awesome I will highly recommend this place for sure 5 stars.

Had to check this place out when I drove by. Family type restaurant. Service was really prompt and friendly. Menu was decent. Burger was great but fries were overdone which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. But it was a nice quick lunch. And bought a cookie for the drive home on the way out. Thanks!

Used to come here all the time, especially at the old location. I Haven't been here in a while, so maybe my expectations were too high, but it's sure not the same as it used to be! 3 of us arrived today around 4 pm for a late lunch. We ordered Eggs Benedict, grilled cheese with a Caesar salad, and a kids spaghetti. There were only about 6 people in the restaurant so not busy at all. Our server was very good, prompt and very pleasant, Food Arrived in decent time, so no issues with the service at all. Unfortunately the same can't be said about the food. 1. Minor issue was mushrooms in the Caesar salad. Wasn't listed on the menu, and while we could have asked what was the in Caesar salad prior to ordering, I would never have thought mushrooms would have been in it. Not a huge issue, we just picked them all out. 2. The grilled cheese was made with processed cheese slices. Again, our mistake for not asking but this grilled cheese was not on the kids menu and for 9 bucks we would thought they'd use real cheese. That was a bigger issue that couldn't be fixed, but they ate it anyway. Personally I would have sent it back but they were starving. 3. Eggs in the eggs Benedict were hard, not runny. Never ever had this issue before as it's kind of important that the eggs be runny in an Eggs Benedict. Again, this was a huge issue as it ruined the dish. I could have sent it back, but again was starving so just ate it anyway. 4. Home fries were undercooked, some of them hard. So the Eggs were over cooked, potatoes under cooked. 5. The kids spaghetti was the best part. However for the kids meal they had no chocolate milk (took the order then came back to let us know), and no jello for dessert (after being offered to the child, and coming back to let us know). Overall not a good experience and we've had much better meals for 50 bucks. Very sad for a place that brands themselves as a Small Town Home Cooked meal type of restaurant. Likely will not be back any time soon.

Excellent "homestyle" food! Absolutely amazing pasta and HUGE shrimp. Pasta is perfectly cooked, shrimp are small in the pasta but perfectly cooked. Staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. Shout out to Shannon - her customer service is amazing! Will definitely be back 👍👍

Just had the best dinner out in a long time. I had chicken Parmesan and it was so moist and delicious. The dinner came with dessert included. It was apple crisp with ice cream and absolutely delicious. Our waitress Macey was the high point of the evening, she was knowledgeable and super friendly. Even though they were closing she did not rush us. Lovely small town feel. We are from Oshawa and will definitely come again next time we are on our way to London. Highly recommend

Food was good. Wait wasn't too long to be seated. Staff super friendly. Bathroom needs some repairs. Stall doors very loose. Smallest piece of fish I have ever been given for the price. At first I thought maybe they gave me a kids meal... my fault for not asking how big the fish pieces were before I ordered.

Don't order the steak ... I dont know how you can cook a striploin so it's tough and dried out (more than welldone) in one bite and tough and medium-rare in the next. Microwaved then browned in a pan or just old stock? Steak was covered with 90% raw onions and undercooked mushrooms. Veggies overcooked & borderline mushy ... fries still soaked in oil.

Great place for lunch. The Rueben sandwich and chicken wings that we had for lunch were excellent. The sandwich was full of tender meat while the wings were very hot, meaty and sauced just right. The beer was cold too! Like General MacArthur said "I shall return!"
Fine Diner
This is a very popular family run place just outside of London. Bright airy interior and outdoor look makes it look more like a diner. Most meals are under $12 and everything we have had here was swiftly served and hot. High turnover dictates that everything is always hot. Signature items are fresh baked desserts and popular Sunday brunch. Go early to avoid lineups. Been open for 30 years and I have never heard a negative comment.

Great food. The breakfast buffet on Sunday is amazing. The French toast was thick and very good.

My boyfriend and I's favourite local diner! The food is good and comforting, and the prices are amazing. The homemade desserts are worth a try, too.

Breakfast Buffet (04/11/12). A friend insisted that we drive out of London for their breakfast buffet. A little bit of a drive, and there was a small lineup to get in, but not much of an issue.

The buffet consisted of scrambled eggs (you could also order any other type of egg from waitresses: sunny side up, poached, etc.), great bacon, large honking juicy sausages (not the dinky breakfast types!), waffles, pancakes, toast, 2 types of soup, a salad bar and lots of desserts (lemon meringue, some cake stuff, etc.). Large quantities of classic greasy breakfast foods! =)

The quality was alright, it is a buffet, and I found the service pleasant. Came up to 13.something$, so not too expensive. Other in my group (of 6) ordered coffee and orange juice, at something along the lines of 2.50$.

They also sold baked goods at the counter.

All in all, I liked the place and would come back again.
