I ordered a Large White Hot Chocolate with 2 milk and Expresso, because I don’t like your Hot Chocolate. But what I’m most upset about is that I also ordered a 10 pack of TimBiebs and they were not made properly… the flavours were wrong and there were not chocolate chips in the sour cream ones, also I did not receive them in the proper 10 pack boxes.

Those place is either hit or miss, mostly miss. Coffee is usually cold or tastes not made right. Things are burnt!

One person at the front counter. One staff member. I was next in line. The customer decides to have a reunion with the staff member. After 7min waiting in line as they talked, the staff member and the customer at the counter move to the far end, hug, and continue talking to each other. I left. If I could rate 0 star, I would. If the employee would have said she'll be with me in a couple minutes I might have waited.

Went in for a bit of breakfast and got it and headed home, I opened up the one I bought and it was supposed to be a hot breakfast sandwich with biscuit, but got English muffin instead. Wasn't a happy about that.🤬🤬 My wife got what she wanted though.

I dropped an iced drink on the ground and made a big mess. All the staffs were so friendly and made another one for me without charge even after I insisted on paying. Sorry for the trouble I brought to you. You are my favorite Tim Hortons location! Thanks!

Never would go to this Tims again. Not only do they decide to close an hour earlier than they're supposed to, when we go and question our mobile order we are basically dismissed without any actual words. Incredibly rude staff, I think Laura was the name. Wouldn't ever use Tim's mobile again either
