There’s a young gentleman that works at night (the 1020 Ottawa street Tims) who treats every customer like they’re the most important person in his world. Extremely polite, quick as lightening and makes one feel valued always! God bless him and help him achieve all his goals!

Was a great visit to timmies this morning 🌄. Sat down and talked hockey with a cple old timer Montreal fans ! I'm a leaf fan. Whole place was howling. Loved it. Staff and service was great !!

Terrible
Went in at 830pm and they said there is no food items on the menu that we can order that is hot. Just bagels and cold cuts. Meanwhile everything on the TV screens and online show that they are available.... Very disappointed, they didn't want to make hot food because they were closing in 1.
A bustling place, and staff were super friendly. Especially with my kids. Came out to chat with my boys which they thought was cool!
