Never get my order correct here. I tried three times, something missing every time. I know they are busy but they need to make sure people get what they paid for. Hopefully, they will improve.
If you order a breakfast sandwich and ask the egg to be separated to another container they will charge you extra for the egg. Because ordering a Sandwich without the egg is considered a completed sandwich. And if you want the egg on the side they consider it an extra egg. Not even joking, go try it
Why is it even on google maps if it’s for “staff and patients only”

Not even accessible to the public .says you have to be a patient of the hospital or visitor for the last 2 and half years use to be best location now is worst .and even though I was allowed by tech by being a vistor I shouldn't need to prove that to security for a like warm coffee before I can joi

Valorie was great, especially when it just opened @ 6:30am. The breakfast was tasty. Sure needed something after such a long wait @ hospital.
Thank you, I appreciate great customer service with a smile, it takes away from pain sometimes. If only that could fix my issues.

Best Tim’s in the region in my opinion. As an employee of the hospital I am consistently here, and the coffee is always fresh, staff is always abundantly kind, and the peanut butter cookies, for some reason, far exceed the ones from any other Tim’s. Way to go team!
This Tim Horton is awesome! Staff here are very friendly and always greet people with a smile and the coffee is always fresh and they are fast and location is always clean! And food is always fresh !!
