Borealis Grille & Bar is a nice locally sourced restaurant. The service is so friendly and attentive, Luigi is entertaining and provided great suggestions. Would come back just for his professional service. The food was delicious and well made, some of the dishes could have used a touch more seaso
Delicious food and drink! Had the perfect pear cocktail, the mushroom and caramelized onion flatbread, chicken antojitos and the daily feature burger with parm fries. The food is so flavourful and I love that they have unique dishes
Super yummy! Went for our anniversary! I had the steak frites and husband had the three sisters bowl! Steak was perfect and cooked to my liking. Parmesan’s style fries really elevated the dish! Was surprised the cornbread we shared as a starter was warm on the outside but cold on the inside.

Our server Luigi was OUTSTANDING and even took us upstairs to show off the original school house section of the restaurant that is still intact (neat little history lesson!). They
