We paid +$34.00 for 2 lbs of plains wings; We received a box with less than a lbs and their argument is that they weighted their wings before cooking and it got dehydrated. Prices are ridiculously high vs the quality of the product, and its quantity.
We highly discourage people to buy here.

The worst place for wings! As a first time customer, I was so disappointed. Paid $86 for bones basically. I would not recommend. I would never go back.

My husband ordered 1.5lbs of wings to be delivered to our house. After more than an hour and half later we recieved the order. Box is much smaller than expected. We weighed it out of curiosity it turned out less than a 1 pound (including the box and sauces). Very disappointed

Wings are amazing, one of our favorite spots to get them. The wings are always cook to perfection and the sauce choice is good too. Was a bit disappointed with the "large" order of rings, it almost looks like a regular order you'd get somewhere else. The rings are really good, not too greasy but if i would have ordered a large order from somewhere like zhers we would have easily gotten twice as much.

It’s been a while since I treated myself to dinner. I ordered online, and requested my food be delivered two hours later. The vegetarian options sounded amazing but… Food was delivered 30 minutes earlier than requested, and everything was cold. Not warm. Cold. Appetizers and cauliflower bites. Cold. I’m disappointed. I only live 4 minutes from the store. Cold.
And I’m out $45+ tip. It’ll be a long time before I can afford to treat myself again - and it won’t be at Wings Up.

Best wings in Kitchener! Huge wings, incredible sauces! Onion rings were also fantastic. Service is always top notch. Would highly recommend.

July 18, 2021 - I was really impressed with how nice and accommodating the staff were when I called to ask about the timing of my skip pick up order. It turned out it would be ready sooner so that worked for me. The food was great as always, the dry cajun wings are so amazing. Everyone was happy with what they ordered. It is a bit pricey but the quality is worth it. Just want to say thanks to those ladies who worked tonight, it was nice to deal with someone pleasant for a change. In the food service industry it’s rare.

Absolutely awful. Their idea of half pound of wings is 4 wings. Also got a poutine that was inedible!! The gravy was basically thick brown salty flour that went straight in the garbage. Last time I'll order from this place. $18 I'll never get back.

As an avid Connoisseur of chicken wings I am always up for trying wings from places when visiting other cities.. I ordered the 1.5lb dry cajan rub and I was impressed with the amount of rub used... It was just how I prefer the flavor of the wings. The breading I wasn't too keen on but that is a minor detail.. I have had better wings from other places but Wings Up is right up there, I will definitely be back next time I am in Kitchener!
