Took the kids here for a slushy and mini blizzard. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly and quick with getting my order together, store was also very clean!
They do have a one way road closure in front of them at the moment but all in all , great experience!

Popped in for a flurry type ice cream treat. Service was great. The young lady helping me was awesome. After she took my order, she went to make my treat and as she was busy doing that, customers came in. Immediately she called for backup for someone to help the new customers. I call that on the ball doing a great job ! Very impressed bu that. Overall experience was great and recommended this location. Wish I caught her name, she deserves recognition. 4:30pm

June 2nd 2022. Ordered a birthday cake with a birthday message. Instead of writing happy 3rd, they wrote happy 3th. As well as a chunk of icing missing near that mistake. It's not the worst mistake but really. Can they maybe pay SIMPLE attention? Just sad that such a stupid mistake was made. Of course the child at the counter did not want to present the cake to me or say much about it. Was expecting the usual bad DQ kid service and it just sucks that such expectations were easily met. I entered the store and had to wait while the kids chatted and laughed over the counter with their other friends that were there. The one other adult in the store that was waiting for an order when I arrived did not look impressed either. Looking at the past reviews at this location it looks like the usual, they don't care and have no interest in fixing their mistakes or reputation.

This isn't just a one time thing but when I order a medium or large blizzard my cup is a 1/4 empty. This isn't a bag of chips. We complain and nothing is done. I'll go to a different ice cream place next time.

I have found this location to have slow service, to be under staffed, and staff talking to each other during busy hours instead of trnding to customers. They also forget to give condiments, utensils, and napkins unless you ask for it. Their fries tend to be soggy as well. It seems better during 9-5 hours during the week, but business should not be this inconsistent or poor, especially on weekends in the summer!

Worst customer service three teenagers standing around chatting. It’s JULY and they have no slushie mix ready .. Does that make sense to anybody?
Last time I got fries they weren’t even cooked definitely not returning to this location ever again and telling others to do the same. Support small local ice cream shops instead.

I ordered food here on Wednesday with my parents, and we've never had issues with their service before. They were out of chicken bites (was still on the menu), didn't end up tossing the chicken fingers in honey barbecue as requested (we didn't get the sauce on the side either) and there was cheese on the burger we asked for without cheese. I understand that mistakes can be made and I was very polite about the situation, but in return my parents and I were given rude looks, and the cashier even tried to argue with us that the cook didn't put cheese on the burger when all 3 of us saw the cheese slice on the burger. Overall they handled it poorly and unprofessionally.

I purchased an ice cream cake for my granddaughters 3rd birthday. The theme was dora the explorer. They went way beyond my expectations and made the perfect cake. Thank you so much👍👍

Lack of competence, lack of organization. Two things that really show when you walk into this joke of a Dairy Queen. Everyone is of the age of 19 or younger, no management to ever be found. Take forever on simple orders, have no sympathy when they screw up orders countless times. List goes on. Only plus is the location. EDIT: went a second time, spent 24 dollars on two chicken strip meals. So, thought I'd be receiving acceptable service. Wrong. The pop fountain produced pop that was watered down and it was at the temperature of warm piss. Worker came over and had the audacity to try it in front of us and say it was "fine". This location should not exist. Will be contacting higher up management if these types of problems continue.

'Reese' argues with customers. He should be FIRED or removed from direct customer contact. Very rude. Requested store manager, he was just a boy himself. Not good to have rude employees. I've been coming to this location for years. Never had a problem until tonight. Went to Wendy's where we were treated very well.
