Must be a new owner as we have never had an issue in 7 years. They need to hire people who actively listen to what the customer requests. Husband told the staff 2 subway melts and 1 ham and bacon with the melts not toasted. They toasted all the subs.

Was the only one in there took almost 20 minutes to make 3 subs. Bread had no cheese and was burnt. Since when do turkey subs only come with 4 pieces of meat for a footlong?
