Review Subway - Kitchener

These were the sandwiches and wrap that we got from this subway. Currently sitting at home with Covid and ordered through Doordash. On the receipt that we have it shows the proper items with the requests that we made. The pizza sub has Mayo instead of Marinara sauce. The steak and cheese sub had barely any steak or cheese. The chicken Caesar wrap had no Caesar dressing at all or no other sauces. When I called the store they told me that it was because of a new employee and all they could do was have me come pick up new food. When I explained that I can’t come because I have covid the girl told me again to come and she would give me the replacement food. We finally got through that part again and she informed me that she was going to call the manager to see what the options are and would call me back. I wasn’t very hopeful of the return call as she didn’t ask for my phone number so I just told it to her. 45 minutes later I decided to call back, she told me that our option was to complain to Doordash and request our money back but she wasn’t resending our food. The customer service was non existent, they didn’t even answer the phone and say anything about subway, just a “hey, how are ya?” This place is a joke and with service like that I hope you go out of business to bring back some places that actually show appreciation to their customers who keep their doors open….like Franklin Pizza! That place rocks! Call them next time, you won’t be disappointed!!

Very Bad customer service from the girl, we visited 29.5.21 @2.55PM. Wrap was not put together well. She barely put the sauces that I asked for. We are regular customers at this shop and this was a bad experience for us. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I had an option.

Always fast and friendly service. Everything is good at the store. The app however seems to give me, and others trouble when ordering at that store but works fine at another subway 20 minutes away.

They always make my sub perfectly and are super quick too which is great. Shoutout to Dhruti, she's an awesome employee and is super kind and efficient 😁

Not worth visiting. Other locations have fresh veggies but not this. Also the store was not busy, and the table, floor was covered with food particle. Not clean place.
