I love Tim Hortons. I go to this location 1-2 times a week during early mornings. The line can be very fast if people only order coffee. If you (or someone ahead of you) orders something else there is a significant delay.
The drive-thru exit can be confusing. Be sure to turn right instead of left on your way out!

What a terrible experience I had today at this Tim's location they literally made me wait half an hour to get my order I asked to speak to the manager they made me wait some more when the manager came she said it wasn't her fault that the owner doesn't have enough staff. I explained to her that she needed to make my experience right by comping this order. She then told me I had only waited 14 or 15 minutes and I said yes from the time I placed the order I was in line for nearly 20 minutes before that because the speaker is only three to four cars away from the window. I asked her her name she refused to give it to me and explained it's not her fault and she doesn't want to get in trouble. I'm actually speaking to a manager not a high school student. She proceeded to tell me how much my order was and then told me it wasn't ready yet and it would take a few minutes!!!! I told her to keep the order I'm not waiting I drove out of the line and right up to the store beside which is a Subway shop in and out 5 minutes with a hot sub.
I honestly say stay away from this location if you see a lineup at all. As you have no idea what your experience will be and once you're in the line you can't get out of it. What a shame I live near this location for the past 20 years.

Slowest service, concrete barriers mean you can't leave the lineup. This time was 18 minutes to get to the window. They really need to get better training.

I liked my experience at this tim hortons location from my last visit. The lady working there was really nice and kind towards me.
Even though i had to wait 5 to 7 minutes for my coffee because they seemed short on staff and a bit busy on the drive through area but the coffee is as delightful and tasty as ever.
Honestly i love all the tim horton coffee, especially Double Double, my personal favorite 😜

Really disappointing!! Got a double-double, triple-triple but it’s nowhere near what it tastes. The wraps lacks its taste and it is second time it happened. Never suggesting this location.

Don’t be fooled by a short line. This is the slowest drive-thru I’ve ever been in. 30 mins in line for a coffee and no way to get out of line once you’re in it.

Order taker ruined my order this morning. She charged me for 3 bagels instead of 1 .Then got the burned bagel replaced .The manager /supervisor was polite and gave me refund with no hassle.when came home found chipotle sauce in the sandwiches which I ordered for my kids under 7 years.
Order taker and maker needs to be given proper training. Employees were too loud and talking In other language.
