Incredibly positive experience. The service is always exceptional - the employees are friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure order was just right. Roger is fantastic. Not only did he go above and beyond to ensure that my drink was perfect, but he also made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Overall, I highly recommend this Starbucks location for anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and an exceptional customer experience.

Went to grab a drink with my toddler while I waited for a prescription to be filled at the nearby Shoppers. Got my kiddo a cake-pop, and the barista was kind enough to give a complimentary juice/water in a cup. Great service and attention to customers.

They are super nice here! Kind of a small place but it's not so bad, some seating options inside. Had a drink made here last time and they said if I didn't like it to just come back and ask for another free of charge (I ordered matcha tea with the new rose tea or something - not a good combo).

i just went to this starbucks like 20 mins ago (12pm may 29) and this lovely younger guy made my strawberry açai lemonade with fruit in it by accident when i asked for it without. he made me a brand new one but let me take home both!!! it made my whole day and he deserves all the best things in life to happen to him.

Nice, friendly staff at this location. Brewed coffee is always my favorite, but the other drinks are also nice. Not really my cup of tea for food options except an awesome banana loaf. I wish they would have a drive thru option here. Staff are the best part of the experience.

After such a disappointing experience at the Starbucks in Zehrs in Stratford (yes, I wrote a review), I found this Starbucks. These guys were efficient and cheerful. They took my order, and made my drink. There was no fussing, nothing. They were pleasant. Thank you guys for ending my Stratford day on such a high note. Cheers!

Loved the staff - polite, eager to help and ensure they have your order down clearly. I loved that this Starbucks wasn't utterly congested. The moment we entered there, there was a tornado warning, and everyone was asked to go indoors. It was also only our second visit to Kitchener where we would be moving soon. Some places leave a fond impression of a place, and this particular Starbucks summed up what we felt about Kitchener in that moment in time - not congested, polite and clean and a wonderful place to be.

i go to this location very often and overall it’s great! they get drinks out very fast even if it’s busy and the staff is nice. a few times i’ve gone here their debit/credit systems have been down (unrelated to outages) which is a little annoying but not their fault. their outdoor seating is pleasant too! i recommend this place for sure.

They never get my name right :p but my drinks are always delicious! Today there was a line up of 5 or 6 people in front of me. It might as well have only been one person, as the lineup moved so quickly and smoothly, including online order pickups coming in. They were out of my go-to strawberry coconut drink, so the barista suggested an alternative that was equally tasty and refreshing in the heat. Something kiwi? Kudos to the staff at this location. I hope you guys know how much better you make the day.

No drive thru. Walking into this Starbucks I noticed that it was clean and well kept. Easy line up system. Exceptional service. Well made drinks.

Is it more expensive than Tim Hortons? Yes, almost 3x the price. But Tim Hortons has gotten so bad that almost half the time I'm pouring a lame tasting, unfinished coffee down the drain. Mcdonalds has great coffee but can also be hit or miss and have long waits. I've ordered from this location 50+ times and it's always consistently great and tasty. I've had 1 small mishap in all those visits; they gave me the wrong latte but it was STILL DELICIOUS.
