Went through the drive thru. The service is excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. The food is okay, the value for the meal is not that great. Overall: 5 ☆ for service • 3 ☆ for the food quality • 2 ☆ for the value

Staff is not real helpful. Maybe needs a manager on hand to keep things running better. The sandwiches we ordered were good but the cake was old and stale. The sweets need to be fresh daily. Overall, okay, but not great.

So,we went for a breakfast there and had the worst experience. First of all the server was rushing us and not even listening to the order.She was rude and unprofessional, then tea we order was pathetic and moreover given in a “lipstick stained cup”so people make sure to take a good look at your cup before drinking your coffee or tea.

Love the ambiance there and some special food choices they offer. Their drinks are unique. Only downside is it is bit pricey.

Great food, good ambiance, quick service and courteous staff... definitely a place worth visiting. Tried the classic breakfast, chicken caesar wrap and s’more waffles... all were amazing

I asked the barista for a decaf latte with sugar free vanilla syrup and skim milk and she told the cashier to key in a decaf coffee and then asked what kind of milk I wanted. I said skim but I wanted a latte like I just asked for. It tastes like burnt decaf coffee (not espresso like is supposed to be in a latte). I have had so many messed up orders from them. Would not recommend. Either proper training is further required or listening skills needed.
