Review Tim Hortons - Kitchener

The quality of service here has significantly gone done the past year. I wouldn’t suggest going there if you expect any level of competence. 80% of the time my order is completely wrong. Other times I’ve gone, sat in the drive through for 15 min, after 5 min of no intercom response to place my order I drove up only for them to tell me I have to go back in line cause the order behind me was technically next. You’ll either be late to work, or arrive with the wrong order.

It was huge back up today(6Nov), i ordered coffee, tea, Croissant and Four cheese bagel. The lady on the window told everyone that there is 2 bagel instead of croissant and bagel but some other old lady yelled on her “I know what she packed in the bag. Dont hold the cars…” and furiously took the bag from her hand, pushed her away and gave the bag to me. I am not mad about getting 2 bagels but she was so rude to her co-worker that she didn’t even check and yelled on her. Giving ONE star to that rude, egoistic lady!!!! Wasted 20 mins in drive through and got wrong order!!! :(

If I could give it a zero star I would! Lady making our bagel was rude! Put the bagel on the counter and some man picked up our bagel looked at it and put it back.. if it was a professional person she would of took it back and made a new one or changed the wrapper from his germs being on it especially with covid but oh right we are at Tim hortans they don’t have common courtesy and then I take it and she has the Audacity to yell thank you lol very professional lady

I went to the drive thru at this location today and asked for an apple fritter. They said they didn't have any. I then asked for a strawberry donut to which they replied they were all out of those. I then asked what else they had. After hearing about six other choices, including Canadian maple, I asked for a Canadian maple. Out of those as well.... So, I then said "how about you tell me what you actually have?" After a bit of silence they came back on to say they actually had one apple fritter left. Sheesh!

I have stopped in this location on three different dates to get two coffees. Sadly the service was terrible all three times. Should not take 15 minutes to get 2 coffees. Do not recommend stopping here for coffee if you are in a hurry!

Order a steak and egg sandwich (with sauce) and a bacon farmers wrap. Waiting at the window for 10 minutes, was told they had no hashbrown for the farmers wrap yet I could see hashbowns being given out. Once we got our food the steak and egg did not have sauce. We got attitude when we told them this. They kept arguing saying it doesn't come with a sauce although the picture and the person who took my order said it did. Very unprofessional from a women I believe her name was "Liiaada"

This is the WORST tim hortons. They NEVER have dark roast ready and always at least 20 minute wait in the drive thru. Not having dark roast brewed is like going to McDonalds and them saying they don't have fries!?!?! Terrible customer service and no sense of urgency.

They can’t make the strawberry lemonade right , only in the mornings when experienced staff are working. If you ask for them to make it right and let them know what to add, they act like your wrong and have no idea what’s wrong and they’re right , but then they go fix it they way you say and it’s right . (They never add lemonade to it , they just add strawberry ) . The one day I had to walk a worker though exactly how it is made for her to make it, no one was helping her and she had no idea. I got a breakfast sandwich and there was so much shell in the egg it was disgusting, I couldn’t finish it. I got a 20 pack of timbits, half chocolate and half honey dip, and there was like 4 chocolate, 4 honey dip and the rest were plain and sour cream glazed which makes no sense, if you don’t have it, let me know. It’s not a great Tim hortons , some workers are amazing while others need significant training still.
