The quality of service here has significantly gone done the past year. I wouldn’t suggest going there if you expect any level of competence. 80% of the time my order is completely wrong. Other times I’ve gone, sat in the drive through for 15 min, after 5 min of no intercom response to place my order
It was huge back up today(6Nov), i ordered coffee, tea, Croissant and Four cheese bagel. The lady on the window told everyone that there is 2 bagel instead of croissant and bagel but some other old lady yelled on her “I know what she packed in the bag. Dont hold the cars…” and furiously took the bag
If I could give it a zero star I would! Lady making our bagel was rude! Put the bagel on the counter and some man picked up our bagel looked at it and put it back.. if it was a professional person she would of took it back and made a new one or changed the wrapper from his germs being on it especial

I have stopped in this location on three different dates to get two coffees. Sadly the service was terrible all three times. Should not take 15 minutes to get 2 coffees. Do not recommend stopping here for coffee if you are in a hurry!

This is the WORST tim hortons. They NEVER have dark roast ready and always at least 20 minute wait in the drive thru. Not having dark roast brewed is like going to McDonalds and them saying they don't have fries!?!?! Terrible customer service and no sense of urgency.
They can’t make the strawberry lemonade right , only in the mornings when experienced staff are working. If you ask for them to make it right and let them know what to add, they act like your wrong and have no idea what’s wrong and they’re right , but then they go fix it they way you say and it’s r
