It was our second time there. I must say my previous experience was better than this. Ordered few things this time. Dal makhani and malai kofta was good. Laccha prantha was not good at all. It was hard to chew. Naan and roti were good though.
Nice decor inside and clean restaurant.
Washrooms were clean and organised.
Feedback is you guys must maintain consistency in taste.

It was my birthday and we seven went in.. The food was soo good that we felt like going everyday and eat out at this amazing place. All the spices were in proper consistent giving us a feel of eating in 5 star restaurant. Absolutely emaculate presentation and setup of food. Kudos to the amazing staff and Mr Tejinder Singh for being our host. Here our some pictures if you still haven't gone to this place

Order malai chaap and aloo tikki chana chat . Malai was worth the order. Good taste with aloo tikki as well but low on quantity with chana masala. Overall good service

The decor was nice, clean tidy place.
They do check you vacc receipt for dine in. We ordered briyani.
It was nice, ample amount to fill 3 people.
Although my sister was not happy with the biryani. Because she was there to eat an authentic biryani. She was not satisfied.
The staff was really friendly.
It was a fun outing overall.

Restaurant was very impressive. I went there for lunch buffet with a couple of friends. Owner took great care of us from start to finish. She was lovely. Food was of great variety and fabulous. The atmosphere was comfortable and beautiful. I live in the area and this place will be my go-to for a long, long while. Check them out. You will be glad you did. Best Indian restaurant around.

We absolutely loved the food. However we were disappointed in the service. The poor young gentleman seemed ill-equipped to deal with even the few people that were there at the time (less than 8), the take out desk and the bar. He did his best but he was clearly struggling. We will for sure go back because any place can have an off day, the the food was worth the wait! Loved the pakoras!

We went there to celebrate our dad's birthday. I must admit that the food was good but looking at the prices and the hospitality with which they serve their guests is a bit disappointing. We ordered garlic naans which almost didn't arrive and we had to leave the food in between. On such a special occasion, expecting a bit courtesy and hospitality from the owner, in turn she was not even much concerned and bothered about the customer and their satisfaction. In all it was not a good experience for us at Bombay Bhel. We are Indians and eat Indian food in routine. All we wanted to have there was a good meal and family time together. Our purpose was totally defeated after going there.

I had a chance to visit Bombay Bhel last night and got the reshmi kabob and butter chicken - absolutely delicious. Service was fast and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend anyone in the KW region to visit Bombay Bhel for the best Indian food!

I came all the way from Guelph with my family to eat at Bombay Bhel tonight. The food was absolutely amazing!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be making the trip more often and highly recommend visiting this Bombay Bhel for the best indian food!!

Extremely disappointed i was over charged for my meal. I called and left a message about this overcharge and no one had the decency to call me back. Bombay Bhel does not care about customers, only about making a profit.

We had my fathers 60th Birthday party at Bombay Bhel in Kitchener....We were extremely pleased with the staff and Naaz's work during the entire event! They really work with you and are flexible! Absolutely the worst customer service!!! I ordered 2 curries and asked was it possible to make one shrimp...I was told yes! When I picked it up I asked again if it was shrimp and was told yes! I live out of town and got home to the wrong curry!! I called to complain and was told to come back. I said no I live out of town! I was them PROMISED ALL of my order to be redone another day for no charge as it was their mistake! I reordered a few days later and when I went to pick up I was told I had to pay a portion! I walked out without the food at that point! I will NEVER return and will tell anyone I know not to eat here!!!! Absolutely terrible service!!!
