Review Topper's Pizza - Kitchener - Kitchener

It was the first time to order from this place and will be the last time for sure. I waited for 15 min in store for someone to take my order, and they gave me a burnt crust with a little bit of ingredients, the pizza was kind of plain and the bacon was burnt and super hard. It’s also overpriced since I paid 30$ for an XL pizza but I received it with a small size and I was really disappointed with the quality and the quantity. I don’t recommend this place at all, it’s the worst pizza place ever, if I could I would rate it less than zero.

There sizing for a Family is absolutly ridiculous... It's basically a large just cut into small 16 pieces which does not feed a FAMILY ... Bought 2 family sizes assuming it would feed 8 people since serving is 3-5 people... it was barely enough for everyone, yet anywhere else i would always have leftovers ! Yes the taste was good but definitely not worth the $$ amount with how much you actually get, especially when feeding a lot of people..

I ordered through DoorDash. In my instructions I mentioned that my last order had hardly no toppings and to my surprised my topperotti’s were even worse this time. Not sure I’ll keep coming here if my order is only going to amaze me 10-20% of the time. When you get it right it’s phenomenal but it’s too inconsistent.

I love the pickle cheese sticks they are my absolute favorite! Wish they still had whole slices instead of chopped up pickles but nbd.

Also our first and last time coming here. We thought to try a new place and were very disappointed. we spent 45 plus taxes for an XL and a small 10" pizza. Hardly any toppings, both pizza's had a slice worth with nothing on it. Burnt bacon.Very disappointed and do not recommend.

Was a loyal customer but my pizza just didn’t show up tonight with little apology or anything done to make it right. This will be the last time I order

I have tried lot's of places but this is surely the best. I ordered pizza for take out and it was ready on time with very warm welcoming owner. The taste was awesome, me and my Friends enjoy every bite of the pizza. Thanks!!!!

Great pizza place to go. Despite its bit costlier, flavour of the pizza is amazing. Delivery driver arrived within 30 mins of odering online. Staff is too friendly. On my last visit staff suggested me few options for pizza. THEY CAN MAKE SPICY AND CRISPY INDIAN STYLE PIZZA. just ask them they will do it. Owner also works in the store too. He is very friendly and cheerful person. Me and my friends enjoy this place a lot THEY CAN MAKE HEART SHAPE PIZZA.

What happend to the waterloo store ????. I was a regular customer since I went to the grand opening in waterloo and bought a slice .I was welcomed and my slice was good and they head office guy gave me a 5.00 off coupon to come back and try it again . It worked I did come back and was hooked . Good pizza, topping portions were good, real bacon and good sauce and cheese . It seemed to be run well the owners wife was friendly and recognized me every time I came in . Then she left ........ and the last three times I have been in to pickup a pizza I have been amazed at the difference, its really dirty and unfriendly and I night the owner was taking my order and was having a discussion with another gentleman regarding a special and I was being ignored as it escalated into a full out yelling match that was really unprofessional and RUDE as he was still trying to take my order at the same time he was yelling at this other customer ............... I walked away from him and the store, wondering if they were in trouble or had been sold or ???????? it was awful . Even now I have been back only twice to see if it had been improved that store is still dirty and unfriendly and unprofessional and the quality and respect for the customer is not there . I wish I knew what Happened and I know YOU will want to find out what is going on . I will probably try it again to see if it gets better or is sold but not real soon . AJR

Great Gluten Free Pizza. Out of all the gluten free takeout pizzas available, I must say that this one takes the cake. The crust is perfect and taste is incredible. I can't make it better myself, and that is saying something. One time I came home and the pizza was not cooked all the way through. I promptly was given a new one cooked correctly and haven't had an issue since. I love the new gluten free deal as well.

Wish there was a used to like it button. Used to be great pizza and service. Last time I ordered two pizzas, one veggie. Emphasized veggie. Drive home 30 minutes and there is chicken on the pizza. I get mistakes but after calling they would only offer a free (same) pizza. Not enough in my opinion. And they wouldn't deliver it. Bad attention to detail and bad customer service. Pizza also isn't as good as it once was.

After a harrowing weekend, no one involved felt like doing any work in the kitchen. This was a night to order in pizza. We have different opinions on which place serves the best pizza, but we’ve come to an agreement lately on Topper’s Pizza  (I can be easily swayed by potential for free food – they give out a sticker for each order, collect 10, get a free medium 3 topper). I don’t find their pizza to have any specific flavours I crave, it’s just straight up, what-you’d-expect, pizza. To be honest, there is a lot of potential for me to strongly dislike many of the main ingredients, so if it’s better than bad, then I’m good (especially since my favorite place has closed, hopefully not forever, due to some faulty equipment). We ordered our usual: pepperoni, bacon and green pepper with extra cheese. This time we added the garlic butter crust as well. I think I would have to sit down, Pepsi challenge style, and compare regular crust to this one to be
