I always loved this sub shop. Unfortunately I went Went thru door dash... mix-up was sent to Mr sub as a " pick up". Money was taken right after order sent and order was prepared. I received update that order was ready for pick-up. 😲 I don't order pick up because i don't have a car. 45min later and several calls between door dash and Mr sub. I was told by both.....No delivery possible and food sitting there until I was forced to cancel because I had no way to get to the store. No food. No delivery and Mr. Sub wouldn't refund my order even though I was forced to cancel 😑

Great sub shop with kind and generous staff. They always have fresh ingredients and they're always tasty! If you're looking for an affordable, quick meal this is definitely the place for you!

Although the franchise has been around forever this location is very skimpy with their sub toppings. Half my toppings were missing & the ones added were small portions. I ordered from Skip but will need to try another location.

Very clean, spacious and very friendly service.
This location only offers poutine. I will have to come back to try it sometime. It looks pretty good. Regular poutine, steak poutine or chili poutine. Also available are spicy chicken bites.
In General, I find Mr.Sub not very filling.
But if you would like to enjoy some Mr. Sub, this location is a great one to go to.
Again, clean and very friendly service.

The people here were friendly it was a decent location I'm happy they have the beyond meat meatball but they could have totally warmed it up

The owner's are so polite at this location. They have come to know me as a regular. The bread is fresh and they often bake several times a day. This establishment is very clean. The owner's and staff make my submarine sandwich with passion. Never charging for a little extra tomatoes since they know I do not get lettuce on my sandwich. My favourite is the classic assorted sub. Only submarine franchise to offer a Keto bun. I like the variety they offer in their sandwich toppings. This location makes the best submarine sandwiches in the entire city. The staff and owner's at this location are very accommodating. Their cookies are mouth watering.

Super friendly customer service....its a rare thing when you feel appreciated....the lady working today did just that....sub was as the usual.....its too bad other businesses couldn't show that appreciation too!!!!

I work in the area and frequently visit this store. The owners & staff are warm and welcoming on every visit. Every sub they make has been perfect.
