So happy to have found this place! Healthy, local with safe gluten free options. Love that the meals have options for local sustainable meats and vegetarian/vegan. I had the special mushroom, squash and sage risotto and my hubby had the kalbi rice bowl. We both devoured our food and I was sad to see the bottom of my bowl, even though I was bursting! Definitely returning...and soon 😁

My absolute favourite spot to get lunch! I always get the Japanese Rice Bowl and ADORE it! However, i've tried many of their items and have never had anything i don't love! I love that there are SO MANY vegan options and the folks behind the counter are so lovely! I reccommend this place to everyone!

My first time eating here today was a very positive experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the decor inside the restaurant was very nice, and the food was so amazing! I had the Japanese rice bowl with pickerel, all the ingredients were super fresh and tasty, and the dish was very well balanced. I will be going back for sure!

Sorry Mom...this place makes amazing food!!! Just had the pulled pork and it was unreal. It tasted like the freshest homemade meal I've had at any restaurant. If you are a commuter to KW, take the detour down King past Sports World and pick up dinner from here. I never though healthy food would taste this good!

This place is truly a gem in the rough surrounded by chains and commercial buildings if you can find your way through the tangle of roads and parking lots in the area you'll find probably one of the most promising food joints in the area! Friendly service, clean location, seasonal menu of delicious gluten free vegan and omnivore menu items, and they cater! What more could you possibly want. I had a lengthy talk with the very passionate owner of this place and one of the most surprising things I heard was that this is a great place to buy ready made home cooked style meals for those of us who have unusual dietary requirements.

went here for lunch, had an absolutely amazing vegan salad. will 100% be coming back. this is one of the best vegan meals I've gotten in town, and the price is perfect for the high quality food.

I'm a fan of their specials, they're usually quite tasty and healthy. Overall good food quality, but it's definitely on the pricey side for takeout lunch.

Had a daily special, a quesadilla, which was tasty...though slightly greasy. Overall, it was very warm inside to the point of being slightly uncomfortable. Prices are a bit high, $15 with tax and tip for the aforementioned quesadilla, but the service was good.
