First time ordering from here today, everything was hot, delicious and ready by the time I came to pickup. (15 min from order to pickup) around 4pm. Great service. Sweet & sour chicken was excellent. Jumbo Dragon in Kitchener is a family run restaurant, been in the community for years. It was our go to Chinese takeaway place for a number of years, until back to back bad experiences put us off. Been a couple of years since we last tried them. On a whim, we tried them again. And so glad we did.

First time customer, very best I’ve had in Kitchener and Waterloo. Quantity is plentiful, food was hot, enough leftover for a another dinner meal tomorrow. People were pleasant to a first timer.

Very disappointed!!! First and last time ordering food from this place. I paid over $14 for the Kung Pao Chicken and there was barely any type of chicken in the meal. It was mostly just onions and celery filler. I’ve ordered from many different Chinese restaurants and by far this was the worst food.

Absolutely 100 percent best chinese food in K-W! Always tasty and doesn't cost much for the huge portion you get. I feed family of four for $60 with tip.
