Review Nando's - Kitchener

Food was very good, we ordered the the family party pack ($61.25) and classic, which was more than enough food to feed a family of 7. The chicken was fantastic and was perfectly grilled. There are many levels of spice you can choose when you order so its balanced. There are a lot of options for sides, and they are all fantastic.

It’s light with a bit of flavor so it doesn’t overpower the flavor on the chips themselves. The chips are so darn good! - Chicken Livers with garlic bread is one of the BEST items on their menu! The flavor of the livers is to die for. I get it without the base as it’s a bit too salty for me that way. The garlic bread is perfections as well! Fresh, fluffy, crispy and just the right amount of garlic. - Grilled Chicken & Halloumi Salad is a very big plate with tons of chicken on it! The salad could be shared by two people as a light lunch. It’s very filling and quite healthy too. - Their Coca-Cola machine is fun for kids but it doesn’t taste nearly as good as the real deal. Other Comments: - Ample amount of seating in the restaurant, we have never needed a reservation - Mozambique and Johannesburg seems to be a big influence in the music and décor for the restaurant. It’s very nice and refreshing to learn a tiny bit of a new culture - Help yourself to cutlery and sauces while you wait for your food to come - The staff is always very friendly. There have been a few mistakes with orders but it always gets fixed or we receive coupons for our next visit - You order at the cash register after getting your table number and then the food is brought out to you. A bit of a different take on restaurant ordering - Colourful and fun atmosphere, great for going out for a casual lunch of dinner with friends and family - I love that almost every item on their menu has the calories written beside it. It helps you make healthier decisions when ordering, a bit easier Instagram ID: anjav3

First time trying Nando's and I have to say the food was delicious. It was a little confusing at first because I wasn't sure how to order but the staff was really helpful. Got the classic platter with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and spiced rice. You get your own cutlery and you can pick your own sauce. I picked the garlic and hot sauce, which I ended up mixing together.

Modern interiors. Very friendly and proactive staff, food is well priced, chicken is fresh and delicious. We had the variety platter - we loved all of it but the wings were our favourites! Will be back again for more.

The food was absolutely fantastic! So delicious, full of amazing flavour. Highly recommended! The ordering process is most definitely different and confusing. Somewhat of a hybrid sit down / fast food combo. Kind of a turn off, but maybe worth it because the food will keep you coming back. Also bought their peri-peri sauce for home!

Best chicken place in Canada! Loved the flavors and options. Interior is very beautiful and artistic. Highly recommend it!

Fun atmosphere and a good sized menu. The garlic peri peri sauce was fantastic. Younger, inexperienced staff would be the only downfall, but easily overlooked. A great stop before heading over to the movie theatre.

Nando's, the best place to have chicken!
Being a very regular customer of Nandos back in India, this was my first time to have it in Canada.
Amazing taste of the chicken.. Really flavourful and tasty.
Was quick service and nice ambience too.
The dessert, New York Cheesecake was one of the best desserts I've had in Canada in terms of taste.

Good food if you need a spice kick with some chicken. Only real complaint is the price is a bit high for lacking service and some of the sides seem like they might be reheated. Good for a quick bite most of the time though, albeit they struggle when it's busy and a wait happens but to be expected with a new restaurant.

Worth a try.
