We went in for our birthday burger. I have to say that the burgers were both delicious. The taste was fabulous. However, the fries unfortunately were over cooked. I ate them mine but my wife didn’t eat hers. The restaurant needs some TLC. The floors and the tables were a little sticky. Still I know we will most likely return.

Used to be our go to burger place. But they changed their menu and now its $1.50 each for good toppings and the free toppings are just your typical free toppings. Went there last night, the girl making my burger was so stingy on toppings. Just a DAP of sauce, one small slice of lettuce, the smallest bit of avocado (there was pretty much none). Ended up paying almost $13 for a pretty basic burger with next to no toppings. I've seen fast food places be less stingy on toppings.

First time writing a review in years… and that says something. The individual taking my order priced all the items individually and got upset when I asked why it wasn’t placed in a combo (after paying). He said I have to tel them it’s a combo and they wouldn’t refund me due to “no manager” being present.. after being persistent, they scrapped up change and paid me (from who knows where). The meal for two people was $44…. Two basic burgers with milkshakes. YIKES. Filthy, wilted toppings, and rude management. Don’t come here

My wife and I stopped in to get burgers in the evening. First and last time. The burgers were actually not bad but the cleanliness of the tables and floor was disgusting. I should have realized that before venturing into the washroom which took disgusting to the next level!

This used to be a go to burger joint for us however the quality and management has gone downhill. Employees don’t care about the food and the place is filthy. It’s sticky everywhere. Even the chairs are sticky. Not coming back

Burger was good. Made a meas of it before giving it to me though. I ordered fries and when eating i found a hair. Also nobody is wearing hairnets

Came here for fries and onion rings and it was seriously disappointing. They refried everything and took 10 minutes when nobody was in there. We tried a few and instantly threw them out. Never coming back again. Disgusting food.

Updated review: I would only give 2 stars. Has gone drastically downhill. The tables and chairs are sticky with filth and dirt. When I kindly informed the staff I was simply starred at blankly. They also took the wasabi Mayo away with was a big mistake. Two years ago review Pros: pleasant and clean dining room, TVs visible for dining pleasure, amazing selection of toppings, delicious beef, fresh cut French fries, friendly service, large portion sizes, quality ingredients Cons: quite expensive (one burger without drink or fries is $8 after tax), and when we were there the cook was quite swamped with orders and we waited about 15 mins. The burger was excellent, I think it's stupid AF they have all those toppings to choose from yet Iceberg lettuce isn't an option. Whoever goes for romaine on their burger over iceberg is just plain wrong. I would not order their fries again (Poutine), very soggy, a clear indication they do not change the oil in the deep fryer nearly as much as they should. Price was on point with getting a burger of that quality, some may cry the blues about it being expensive, but this isn't McDonald's or Wendy's.

asked for a burger with lettuce instead of buns due to me not eating bread anymore. they put it in a poutine cup. Good job. now I cant grab the bottom of the burger.

Great burger and fries but a little pricey. Over $14 for one person? Other than that I enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone. I will go back
