First time ordering from Pizza Prosciutto and they did not disappoint, will be ordering from here from now on. The pizza arrived exactly as instructed and it came in about 30 minutes too (on a Saturday night!!) The pizza was just exceptional, quality ingredients and they took pride in what they do, it shows.

Called ahead for a take out order. Pick up specials are a bit on the expensive side so went with just a large 3 topping pizza. Took about 20 minutes for it to be ready. The pizza itself was really good, good quality toppings (full bacon strips when you say "bacon") nice sauce and good crust. Customer service was a little bit lacking unfortunately. After arriving to pick it up, no one there seemed like they wanted me to check out. And none of the employees seemed happy to be there. All were just glum and going through the motions.

I've been Pizza Prosciutto three times now and ordered three different pizzas; they've all been excellent! So far the staff has been courteous and the completion/pick-up times have been reliable. On those merits I'd recommend them.
I give them 4 stars though, not 5, for not being honest in their responses to complaints about the staff not wearing masks. I've picked up my pizza in person all three times and only a few of the staff were wearing masks.
That being said, it is true that Covid-19 has not been proven to be transmissible through food. Particularly through cooked food. The virus cannot survive high temperatures.
Pizza Prosciutto isn't the only pizza establishment where the employees aren't wearing masks. Pick up your pizza in person and see for yourself.
As for the language barrier some people have mentioned; you don't get out much do you?

This has been our go to place for pizza for many years. Delicious pizza, great value. The last two times we have noticed a change. Our previous pizza was quite dark on the edges, nearly burnt. We shrugged it off as a one time thing, trimmed the dark crust and enjoyed. Last night we ordered dinner and when it was delivered we found the edges even darker than before. Clearly burnt. We called in our dissatisfaction and were instructed to send in photos. We did and heard nothing. We received a reply that the number we were given was wrong but by this time it was after 9pm and they were closed. We cut away the crust and ate cold pizza for supper.
We’re not sure if ownership or staffing has changed but it is not the same experience. Unfortunately we will need to find another gem in our neighborhood from whom to get our pizzas.

It was my first time to try pizza and sides from this place. I must say it was delicious, balanced and garlic breads were soft and tasty. Dessert was nice too!

The best pizza in town no one can compete with their unique test. If you are traveling and passing through Kitchener, Ontario, make sure you stop in and get yourself a great testing Pizza 🍕 😉.
