This is one of the best middle eastern restaurants in the KW region! We are always spoiled with the service and the food is amazing! It’s unfortunate that people love to complain, however, any good restaurant usually has a wait, but you know it’s always worth it.
Special thanks to the management there, who always make it worth our time to drive from Guelph there to have a great meal.

Wonderful restaurant for authentic food full of flavour! A real treat and a great place to bring family and friends! Portions are large and service is fast. It's a family run business that makes a real effort to get to know repeat customers. I tried to add a pic the review to show some of the amazing food but couldn't so you'll need to check out their pics to see some of the selections. Check out the shawarma - it's delicious! Some really nice vegetarian options as well including a great falafel meal. And don't forget the pita! We always order an extra one to share - they're fresh and hot! Check it out for lunch or dinner - you won't be disappointed!
The food was amazing! We just randomly chose it as we were driving through..excellant food,great portion sizes and fast service!Next time we are in the area we will come again.Absolutely recommend.
One of the best meals I’ve ever eaten! There was so much food that we were able to bring it home and have a whole other meal! Very excited to go back again and again!
Every time I visit it’s a wonderful experience! We went tonight and it was pretty busy, so there was a bit of a wait (about ten minutes before our server showed up). But he was extremely pleasant and friendly, and the food was well worth the wait! I’ll be coming back again and again

This place has the best hummus I have ever had. I live in Kingston but my daughter goes to school in Waterloo. I never come down to see her without a trip to your restaurant. Tonight was Jan 1 and you were insanely busy. The food and the service were still top notch. Your staff never seemed like they were overwhelmed at all. Thanks.
You can't go wrong with any dish from Arabesque. In my conservative opinion they have the best hummus ever! (And I have tried hummus from all over the world including the middle East)

The quality of food and the treatment from staff and owners is such a breath of fresh air, compared to franchised restaurants.

I'm pleasantly surprised overall! Our host was somewhat new but was very helpful and polite. At the suggestion of some friends, we tried a new cuisine. Everything we tried (some at the suggestion of our host) was delicious. Bring your appetite, portions are large and very filling.
Our family of 5 came here for lunch and we ordered the mixed family platter. The food was so delicious and fresh and the portion sizes were very generous! We loved all the different dips and pickled vegetables and the bread was warm and fresh! Our server was very friendly and came to check on us multiple times and refill our hot water for the tea. We really enjoyed our meal here and will be back again!

If you want delicious Lebanese, Middle Eastern, food, you must try this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!
Plenty of free parking at the front ad rear of the building.
Clean and love the atmosphere, which has authentic Lebanese music!
Our server was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive, fast, friendly and polite. We attended for a Sunday lunch, which was not busy at all.
Food ordering is done via smartphone; you scan a QR code at your table and order. It's very easy, fast and you get an email confirming your order. You pay at your table afterwards. I waited a few days before this review and thus far have never received any type of advertising or spam email from this restaurant.
Portion sizes are very generous and very tasty!!
I was impressed with the Vegetarian Plate. The falafels were perfectly prepared and fresh; not dry and like hockey pucks that some places have. If you like eggplant, you will love them here! Very well seasoned and cooked to perfection!
The Chicken Shawarma Plate was absolutely fantastic and worth coming here just for this dish; it was mouth-watering!! The garlic dipping sauce was very good but I wish it had a stronger garlic taste.
The Fatoush and Jerusalem Salads were both very tasty.
The rice was well cooked and seasoned perfectly; as were the fries.
All in all, this was a very pleasant experience and the food is definitely worth us returning for.
The folks here are simply a joy to encounter! An example of teamwork and some of the best customer service in the KW area for sure. We were treated like 'family' and my guest was there for his first time. And although we talked construction and life experiences, we felt like we had gone to another land to explore and take time to share a most flavour filled meal. It was what many customers strive for - an experience. And more food than we needed so I took some home too. I am proud to help advocate for a restaurant like this in Kitchener! Great food and service. Best shawarma I have had in a while and rice was delicious. Baklava was a bit too crispy and dry. Maybe too heavy on the pistachios and not enough honey.
The staff was really attentive to me and my date, friendly, fast and polite. The food was excellent, not complicated just tasty. Portions were good, we got the dip sampler appetizer and i took 75% of it home. Staff mopped around us, took a while for us to realize they had closed - they never said a word, just left us alone. Really appreciate that kind of friendly atmosphere.
The venue is a little dated, but spotless, open, and not cramped.

Great spot in Kitchener for a sit down middle eastern / Palestinian shawarma or mashawi meal. The fresh hot and puffy bread is delicious with their Mtabal or humus. We also had the lentil soup, chicken and been wraps and we enjoyed it all. The portions are huge and perfect for sharing in that respect price is decent if you factor the sharing.
We will be coming back.
Lovely restaurant with ample seating. Delicious middle eastern cuisine. Hugely satisfying portion sizes and accordingly priced. Worth the food.
Lots of options to choose from. U order through the QR code, add your table number. Pay after at the restaurant.
Don't forget to end your meal with the Turkish coffee and some dessert. They run out of the desserts (Harissa, aka.Basbousa) quickly! Had to make do with the German chocolate cake instead
One thing I do not prefer is entering personal information like email while ordering through the payee interface (that's not optional!) hoping something can be done to change this.
Loved the food! The garlic sauce was the highlight. I recommend getting the plates as they come with fries/rice. Wraps are huge and make a good meal too. Next time I’m gonna get the dip sampler.
One of the very few Middle Eastern restaurants to actually have the authentic flavor in their food. Most of them just add mayo and garlic sauce to the shawarma... which is not the original arabic taste. This place brings you the goodness of Tahina.
