Best mashed potatoes 😋 Tried stuffed Yorkshire pudding 😋

I ordered the fish and chips would have rather have gotten them from a fish and chip place not awful but not great, my wife got the club wrap barely any chicken in the photo shows how much chicken was in the one side of her wrap, mom got the toasted mushroom melt and she really liked it. Those 3 lunches and 2 mixed drinks plus a 15% tip came to 74.09

Very nice watering hole with friendly staff and great atmosphere. I had the fish taco's and Caesar salad side which were excellent.

Great atmosphere, fabulous server, great local draft, and really delicious food! Best quesadillas I've had yet! Every time I come, I try something new. Good everytime!

My favorite bar. Everything on the menu that I've ever had has been excellent. Many beers on tap and the best wings in town, the best I've ever had for that matter. Staff are hard working and friendly and make you feel at home. Best pub around for my money. Highly recommended!

Came in on Tuesday for my sister's birthday and wanted to sit on the patio. We went inside to let staff know we'd be sitting outside and waited about 5 minutes with no service. We then went to the bar to let the bartender know we'd be outside and again, no service. We returned to the "please wait to be seated" sign at the entrance and waited about 10 more minutes with no service. In total we probably waited about 20 minutes, and even went looking for staff and got literally no service. Pretty poor experience. I can't comment on the food or drink because unfortunately we were unable to get any.

Well I have tried the food here and i enjoyed the food. This lead me to decide to bring family and friends here for August 3rd for a total of 30 people for their galley room. I was told: We can reserve the room for you at 5:30 p.m st rhe lastest. So I informed them okay we have family coming from all over quebec, so there would be a small group first and it would begin to slowly fill in a 30 min period due to travel time for everyone in a large group of thirty to get there. I was then told: They will not allow me to reserve the room because all thirty people must be there at 530pm Then I was told it was because they could use that room in that time 5 times....so they would miss profit. I explained food takes 30minutes in a restaurant to get you so your telling me you can use that five times in a 30 minute period. I laughed and said I wasn't impressed and I would talk about it with my husband. For a place I though showed great potential in kingston disappointed me in service. Let me do the business math for you: 30 people total means 30 x 25$ for food = 750$ And well my family are drinkers so 30 people × at least 4 drinks x6$ per drink 720$ After tax $1661.10 Plus grautuities of 15% because I know how it is to be in the restuarant business. $249.16 Sucks you guys have poor customer service and I'll be taking my money else where. I gave you two stars because at least your food is somewhat decent if you let people come eat there.

This place does not disappoint. It gets pretty busy on the weekends so we like to go on off times. Food is very good and the staff is very friendly.

Love the Loyal Oarsman, it has been our favourite Kingston pub for years. Staff are friendly, drinks are cold, food is hot and great.

Jordan was the one looking after us tonight. A group of 15 with no long waits, prompt service and hot food. Couldn't ask for better service. Definently will be recommending this spot.

The best in the West End! Have been coming here for wings and St. Paddy's for years. Food and fun never disappoints!

Been twice. That’s enough. Fish had soggy batter both times.

My fiancée and I ordered 2 lbs of mild wings, a loyalist burger with sautéed onions, cheddar cheese and Canadian bacon. We topped it off with a corona and red wine. Very tasty and inexpensive meal. We will definitely be visiting again.

Service was great. I had the beef Yorkshire with a baked potato. Husband had the fish n chips, he it was middle of the road. Son had chicken fingers and fries. Really nice pub atmosphere.

Wild about the wings. The best wings in town. They were HUGE and well-sauced. You have a choice of mild, medium, hot or honey garlic. If you enjoy wings, then give the Oasman a try!
