My only complaint with Bao Phu is that they are not open earlier than 4pm. Food is terrific though and worth the wait. Prices are reasonable, and the proprieters are friendly.

Terrible humiliating treatment of the customer. Thought I would order local as small business needs a hand these days. Ordered on the phone and was abruptly told 35min and hung up on. Arrived there early waited in the parking lot until 40 mins past before going in only to be told another 15 minutes no sorry or we are running behind. Just we are too busy. At this point I was pretty upset but understand how sometimes we are overwhelmed. I would not go back in so my wife went in after 15 minutes only to be met with the same lack of customer service. When asking for some forks she was told we don't have any do think I have time to go back and get some !! Excuse me didn't everyone order takeout . Well I can tell you I will never be a part of you being too busy for your customers again. You think being busy would be a good thing.This is the third unpleasant experience but definitely the worst. P.S the food was cold I guess they were to busy to microwave it.

We order takeout from Bao Phu often. Sometimes for two and sometimes for a family gathering of 10 or more. Prices are good and the food is the best in the area. Singapore Noodles are delicious... very friendly family owned and operated business. After several visits they start to get to know you and dropping in can be fun... enjoy!
