Review Mcdonald's - Kenora

Guess you don't get what you paid for here, suppose to be fries in that cardboard and nice two strings of lettuce 👍🏻 oh and if your coming off the highway in the evening don't bother it's not 24 hour even though they advertise it.

Friendly and efficient service provided by Madison! We were greeted with a smile and left with delicious food. 😊👍

No one was helping anyone at the counter, 1/4 kiosk were in working order, the bathroom was absolutley disguisting, flies EVERYWHERE, and when people were finally able to order, the staff were rude, and condescending. I know it's just a mcdonalds, so like....really what do you expect? But come on!

Food was good, but not clean. I could not find a seat and the bathroom was dirty, the tray had old lettuce and grease, and it was sticky.

worst place for dashers to pick up their orders they wont give orders on drive thru, they never have the order ready. Very unprofessional staff and managers. For some reason they want to stand out then other mcd. Thanks

Busy location, ordered food and waited almost 20 minutes. When I got my food the order wrong but we're quick to fix it.

Service has gone down dramatically including the quality of food, cold fry’s or soggy fry’s just about every time

Went in for breakfast when I needed to pick something up in Kenora. Quick ordering, friendly service and left with fresh food.

Ok seriously how hard is it to do your job really! I asked for a cheese burger with Mac sauce then got a cheese burger with mayo then when I told the lady it was wrong she gives me a dirt bag look and gives me a burger "now it's right" and I look at it... No it's wrong you twit I got a hamburger with onions then my boyfriend got his double what ever but it was a single... And his Mac sauce was chicken sauce! Your job can be done more effectively by a monkey! This is one of the worlds easiest jobs and seriously I don't know if a couple of the employees could brush their teeth without drowning! In one word to describe the staff other than incompetent, slow, or ineffective... Special
