If you are looking for thee experience at Big White where your taste buds are concerned, this is the place for you. Prepared to be wowed with this carefully crafted, delicious and savory degustation menu with expertly matched wines. They have an extremely strong staff in both the front of the house as well as behind the scenes in the kitchen. The front of the house servers are knowledgeable and attentive and they add to the experience as a whole. Take a stroll to 6 Degrees Bistro, you will not be disappointed. Their Sunday Degustation is without a doubt an experience you should to partake in. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant!

If you can get a seat, I would highly recommend the dinner's on Sunday nights where there is a set menu and wines are carefully paired with the 7 courses. We had a wonderful time last week with some Airbnb guests. It was great to have a first class experience here on the mountain.. This is definitely our 'go to' when we want to celebrate or spoil ourselves. The food and ambiance and hospitality are just wonderful. Highly recommend!

It’s all about the experience and the expertise. The most deliciously prepared food paired with an incredible selection of Okanagan wines. This is a must whether you are having a romantic evening out or enjoying a girls night out! Amazing dinner with excellent wine choices. A definite must if you desire an intimate lovely dining experience. I enjoyed this rib eye steak with bearnaise, baby potatoes and lovely salad. And for dessert Creme Caramel! Most excellent.

4 stars for the food and experience. 4 of us did the Sunday 7 course with wine pairing. It was great to learn about a local winery and to be educated on the wines you were drinking. Id advise anyone doing the Sunday seating to not eat a heavy lunch. By the 5th course it was getting difficult to finish our plates. Six Degree Bistro loses one star for their service. The waitresses were not educated on the wine they were serving, they reached across the table to collect plates, place dishes down, and distributing wine to each one of us at the table. I believe there is potential to make this place a much more professional establishment with the proper training of etiquette for their servers. I would eat here again with my friends and family.

This is definitely one of your go to places at Big White for dinner if you're looking for something a little more upscale. The menu varies. Everything we ordered was outstanding and uniquely prepared. The owner was very attentive and made some excellent wine suggestions.
