Stopped in here to do some work and was pleasantly surprised at the top notch customer service from every single individual who works here. All very polite and friendly. The best Starbucks I have ever been to. Thank you all so much!

Visiting Kelowna briefly, I had the option to choose which location to go to, I wanted a drive thru location but ended up going inside anyways due to a line in the drive thru. I wasn't expecting the amazing service within this location! Every staff member was very kind and I got my order promptly! The message on my coffee was a great highlight to the start of my day. I am so happy that I chose to go inside for my order. Thank you thank you thank you for your amazing service! 😊

Here's where you could be surprised, the staff here gives the corporate level quality of services and goods WITH a down home local coffee ☕ house feel. I was greeted by DJ and Amelia with the biggest smiles and none of the pretentiousness that some places are known for.
When you come by be sure to stop and say hi as I am sure the ENTIRE staff shares this level of service and positive attitude.
When you do stop by, be sure to tell them St. James sent you!!

I almost always love Starbucks staff. They brighten my day with their happy interaction! The refreshers and Frappuccinos are not consistent in how they are made; depends on who is pumping. Very long drive thru line usually...yes they are busy! Love the breakfast sandwiches.
I always have enthusiastic and friendly interactions with the staff at Starbucks on Harvey and Gordon in Kelowna, BC. Today I was helped by a lovely lady (Solveig I think her name was?) who was working at lightening speed, encouraging her colleagues, and getting through a busy line with much energy despite us both suffering from allergy season! Thank you for your efficiency and positivity, making the morning bright :)
