Visiting Kelowna briefly, I had the option to choose which location to go to, I wanted a drive thru location but ended up going inside anyways due to a line in the drive thru. I almost always love Starbucks staff. They brighten my day with their happy interaction! The refreshers and Frappuccinos are not consistent in how they are made; depends on who is pumping. Very long drive thru line usually...yes they are busy! Love the breakfast sandwiches.
