To start off this stellar review, I would like to mention the impeccable lighting in this facility. It highlighted the flattering curves of the donuts🙃. The environment was very modern. Service was within an adequate timeline, however it should be noted that I was not offered the gift of a receipt.
Freshest Tim Hortons bagel donut combo I’ve ever gotten. Everyone was super nice too. Waving and stuff. Filled to the brim with love. I’d get married here
I had great service at this Tim Horton's. Very friendly staff and made me feel very comfortable. The store is spotlessly clean and my coffee was ready in less than 2 minutes. I'd make a side trip to come here again.
I don’t care much about their food items. But the BlackBerry Yuzu is a sensation. People need to try this. Hope it doesn’t go away or get modified. It’s perfect. & yeah their basic Double double is always trustworthy.
Have you seen one Tim Hortons then you have seen all. Its always the same taste of coffee and donuts. The only difference at this one was the location in Kelowna. So grab a coffee and a donut and enjoy Kelowna.
A solid place to stop on the road...the drive throws are soooo efficient that u can't stop for 10 seconds to put away your receipt, put a straw in a drink, they expect u to jump when they have your change after they give u your food and drink tray...been away for 9months, used this service the last
The staff are kind and friendly, the donuts are made on-site and so fresh!
In the morning it is the fastest place in all the timis I have visited in all of Canada.
Customer service at this location is top notch. When I used to come in every morning, the lady would remember my order and get started on it before I even ordered, so it was ready by the time I got up to the cash register. They were always so friendly and helpful!!
Coffee is still the best in kelowna
A typical place for a great coffee. I liked their patio setup and the place was clean. Even the washroom was not bad. The only thing that irritates me in such places is the trainee staff who are a bit slow in their service and they some tones get confused with customized orders.
