Review Sizzling Wok - Kelowna

I eat here all the time, I see some of the reviews and I agree the pork seems to have some fattiness to them, but they are still pretty good! Service was good and I only waited 3 minutes for my plate. I ordered combo D and added some chicken balls! I left feeling very full. There is some room for improvement. I hope the owners read there reviews! But ya I will be back!!

The two-stars speak for my review. I took 1 star off as there's still a room for improvement. But there's a but. Do consider tasteless noodles a personal preference. As a typical Asian, I'm not really into super tasty soup tbh. I found my Wonton Noodle Soup tasteless but I liked it: it was fresh and kind of refreshing, especially in winter. There's also soy sauce on the side if you find the soup too tasteless for your tongue. And the noodle is where I agree with some people: my noodle was a bit too chewy. As a pure personal opinion, I'd go back here again for the Wonton Noodle Soup: perfect portion and the price does justify what you're getting. Now don't get me wrong, I've tried their combos too. Other foods beside the soup tasted great in my opinion: not too tasty and not to tasteless. If tasteless soups aren't your cup of tea, try their combos. Also when I do reviews here on Maps, I look at several aspects beside the things that get past my tongue and into my stomach. For one, the staffs were super kind and friendly, especially the old lady behind the counter. The cashier, an bald guy, was chill like he had always been whenever I visited OP's food court. Not to mention, my noodle soup was ready in a timely manner—probably faster than other restaurants in the food court!

Best Chinese food in Kelowna, I would give you 10 stars if I could..awesome service and great food.

Thier stuf isnt bad at all. Last time a had noodles and wasnt to happy with them. This time more flavour and the flavour of veggie was good noodles where good grate day at the wok. The atmosphere is weird as its a food Court so i was watching out the window to avoid the crowds but worth the food for sure.

My go to when I want Chinese food when at Orchard Park Mall. The food is good and love their chowmein. Happy repeat customer

Ate here for years, they have good items and bad items. Their good items are fantastic.

Will all I get is the A combination forget how they call it but it's good minus the large pieces of zucchini in the veggies.

Worst food. It only looks appetizing tastes really bad. Will try to avoid this place as much as possible next time. The fried rice was dry. Noodles wasn't tasty.

Disappointed :(. Disappointed in price and taste! Loved the old managements food! BBQ chicken isn't the same and they wanted to charge more for a few pieces since they only put 3 pcs on the plate! And they don't even tell u it's an extra charge.<br/>Used to be my favorite, but now not so much!

This place is horrible!!!!!!!<br/>It use to be one of my favourite places to go because it was good, but now it's disgusting!<br/>I just threw out my whole meal!<br/>The rice was undercooked, and like the person before me said, the BBQ chicken was so gross!<br/>The chicken balls were gross, the only thing that mildly tasted the same was the sesame chicken, but it was still different and didn't taste good. I am so unhappy about the changes they have made and for my favourite Chinese place in the past.... I will never spend my money there again. Just disgusted right now!!!!

Very disappointed. I don't know if there are new owners but the BBQ chicken was totally different and horrible!! It was big and rubbery and didn't taste like BBQ at all. I ended up throwing it out :(

Has really gone downhill in last couple of visits. New faces make me wonder if there is new ownership. Much better choices only steps away.

Typical American Chinese food but in low quality. The staff is very nice and friendly but sorry the food is not worth the price.
